Recently, I had them assist with opening Citibank Singapore accounts for both myself and my family. The whole process felt very well coordinated. 旺旺来富 BVI公司设立 及 波多黎各 FV 公户申请
我在2025年3月4日完成公户申请的付款，3月23日完成了银行设置费的支付，3月26完成了银行方面的KYC，5月27完成了和 旺旺来富 的客户经理的一次线上会议。此后一支等到7月1日没有收到关于公户开立项目的任何反馈，然后我在群里问了才收到反馈。旺旺来富工作人员说原本的银行在进行合规整改。建议我继续等或者开设另一家，我回复继续等并且同时开立另一家，并于7月8日完成了服务费用的付款。最终在11月20拿到了账户。前后历时近9个月。
与此同时第一家银行的公户依旧没有开立完成。
BVI 公司设立非常顺利。应该在一两周完成了。

Regarding the BVI bank account opening, we fully understand your frustration with the extended timeline. As you mentioned, your first order was for Bison Bank. Shortly after your submission, however, Bison initiated an internal compliance restructuring and suspended all new onboarding applications. This suspension applied uniformly to all service providers, and to this day, the bank has not provided a clear timeframe for resuming its onboarding operations.

Our team immediately followed up and pushed the FV process forward, and we were glad to see the account successfully approved on 20 November, allowing your business to continue operating smoothly.

At present, the Bison application remains on hold due to the bank’s internal compliance freeze—an issue originating entirely from the bank and outside the control of any service provider. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and notify you as soon as Bison resumes its onboarding services.
