They don’t deserve ONE star.
Do NOT give this company your money. You’ll never get what you’re promised OR get your money back! I paid almost a month ago, still no tracking/shipping info (fishy, right?) they’re saying they’ve “been off on holiday” and my purchase in still in production. LIE MUCH? Demanded a refund and they flat out LIED - saying it’s not possible. FRAUD/SCAM!
I wish I’d read reviews first! How are they still in business???

I would give zero stars if I could. I spent almost $100.00 on a Christmas gift for my son and never received the item. I have tried to reach out to them and they tell me that because it shows delivered per their tracking info they will not replace or refund my money. I never recieved any tracking info from them so I could track the package. I always had to contact them and now they won’t make it right!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever!!! 😡😡😡😡

Terrible, SPenf $90+ (£75) on a 'handmade panic at the disco blanket 150cm. After a month I chase the order before xmas as it is a gift for my 11 year old son. The reply 'sorry it is hand made the delivery takes 2-3 weeks but thats AFTER it is made which they do not say on site. I figure I'll give it to him for his bday instead? 7 weeks later still, nothing. Repeated emails. Eventually I get a tracking number and follow it for a week and I come home to a poorly made 20cm cushion with a picture of a bird on it. That was 3 weeks ago and now I'm getting there out of office. Raised a claim with pay pal but who knows what happens next as I have never had to do so in my life. It is my sons birthday next month and I usually spend about £150 its what I can afford. I had to use his bday monday for Xmas and now he will have very little as I cannot afford. I'm disgusted.

No one ever answers the phone. And whenever they do call me back. The same femal Rep w/ accent request “...if I could just leave the order #”. And I often think - if you could just reply to one of many many Vm’s Or screensshots w/ the order #. That would be great.

After returning my shoes I did not like, nor did they fit, they did not issue me a refund. Because I shredded my tracking number after disputing with my bank, I am out of luck. They are a dishonest company.

Tres tres mauvaise des voleurs, j ai cimmande une montre audi qui ne vaut rien du tout ! ils avaient acceiter de me rembourser 60% et aores il ms me disent qye leurs fonds sont bloques par paypal mdrrrr la blague du jour! ce sont des escrocs mais e ne lacherais pas l affaire comme ça, deja 3 moi que ca dure et ca va continuer.

I finally got the Mercedez Ben Watch! Do not attempt to purchase this watch from this company. This watch is worth nothing they are selling these piece of sh....for $74 dollars. It is a joke. I am not an angry customer but I felt for it. Do you self a favor an not purchase items from this site. You'll regret it!!!

The worst shopping i have made till now is from wonely. I have bougt a mercedese watch and paid approx 60 euro abd the prodeuct which i received dorsnt have the value of 5 euro. When i claim them the bad product they force me to acceot it and thats it.

Never never ever i will buy from this site! The merchandise is fake..i pay 70 euros for a watch that look s like a 5 euros watch..very disappointed. I will love to have a customers site where to send a message telling the true about we help so they can bee eliminated totally.

The bad- usually has Long shipping times, impossible returns and shipping costs are way too expensive. Also only being able to order one item at a time needs to change immediately. But for the most part the companies and items are good quality and carry almost everything you can think of. The site is very easy to navigate, of course the main pro is how much cheaper it is to purchase “designer” and other awesome items from Wanelo.

if you had minus stars on here that's what I would give them ordered a Mercedes watch, it did arrive but was nothing like the pictures shown it was a total piece of crap, emailed customer service several times asking for a refund but so far have had no reply, so much for their 60 day full refund policy.....BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible site horrible customer service they will have ur item sitting under ur order section for 2 weeks then they will cancel it it's been 2 weeks and my item still not being sent what is the hold up? I will never shop here again if u want a reliable site check out AliExpress or dhgate

Refuse to refund & its their fault. I ordered an item and they sent me an item I didn't order. What's galling is that what was sent is an item from a well known luxury jewellery brand. It looks so cheap and nasty it cost $1 to make whereas it costs USD$2500 in real life. Its a joke.
Wanelo refuse to refund me. Initially they said they would but then they changed their minds and said they would issue a store credit. I believe I am due a refund as I simply wasn't sent what I wanted. What was sent to me is insulting and I cant on sell it. They send the wrong product and then don't reply to emails.

Wanelo has no customer service and no support what-so-ever! I emailed several times with no response back. Talk about feeling ignored. If you want to post items by computer, it is impossible. It just reverts back to check their un-magical feed! Then it says to save their bookmark to post professionally but when you do that a photo of a cat says NO, THAT'S NOT ALLOWED. Other times the site shows a 505 error but no one ever corrects it. Someone get rid of this site! They are misleading, irresponsible and couldn't care less about anyone but themselves! They can ruin a buyers confidence for online shopping while there are many other great online venues. They just aren't one of them.

i put in my credit card number and it said " oof " information incorrect. it wasn't. tried another debit card. said the 3 didget security number was wrong. it wasn't. called the customer service number.....they would get back in 24 hours ......great ! called the san francisco store......no answer. terrible website, no help. my correct information was deemed incorrect, which is frustrating, and NO customer service to help out. big pain, ridiculously inefficient, zero help. forget it. if i can't even get it ordered, how bad will it be GETTING the item ? NO....terrible site !

Sold items two months ago was never paid. They do not respond to messages, there is no way to contact them. No response. No Nothing. This company is terrible. I urge other sellers in the same boat to contact the CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL as this is FRAUD. They are stealing from people. BEWARE!!!!!

I wish not to get any feedback from one of their consultants as I noticed that its easy to get scammed when you have a small number of people supporting this Online Business review.

Wanelo is terrible but extremely cheap, which is why it appears to be popular with high school kids. None of the products are authentic. They are extremely cheap and poor quality, all knockoffs sourced from China, which cannot possibly be made in acceptable working conditions. Use Wanelo as an inspiration board like Pinterest, not for shopping.

Wanelo is pretty good. You get a much better selection, and you can buy from supplierd that are actually like real people who care about what they are selling. I've always gotten things fast, and I just think the bigger online companies are trying to push the smaller business with lower prices out, with fake complaints on review sites.

This website is terrible!!!!!!! I haven’t received my order and it has been five weeks since I submitted it. No one answered the phone and my email are answered by a computer generated letter. You should NEVER order anything from them. I think I have just been scammed out of fifty dollars!!!
