My 10-year-old son and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Italy and first time using a tour. There were a couple of minor hiccups but our tour’s staff members, Hannah, Barbara, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, Sam were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They were super responsive via WhatsApp. I thought our itinerary was very reasonable. We mostly travel independently but the travel logistics were all pre-arranged for us. Thanks again for the top-notch customer service.

The overall experience is good. I would suggest that you come with friends other than travel alone. The team always communicates with me through WhatsApp, that made me feel safe. Some of the hotel staff didn’t speak English when I check in, that caused some confusion other than that it’s ok. I thought there will be a tour guide then with me from the beginning to the end but it didn’t. It feels like self assistant tour where I have to stay alert all the time. Different drivers will come to pick up me everyday but they are all kinda nice though. The tour company offered me free tango show and upgrade my room in rio to an ocean view. Overall the trip is pretty good.

Just came back from a 18 days South America trip. It’s one of few packages that includes everything I’m looking for, Patagonia, Iguazu falls, and Christ the Redeemer. This is a booking agency that book all tickets, tours, transfers at each location, they do not offer ONE consistent guide with you entire time. But again However, the staff at Wanderful was very supportive during the entire trip with daily check ins and prompt responses to inquiries or issues. Everything was smooth. They ask for feedback for hotels, etc. For example, I did NOT like hotel in Buenos Aires (poor set up), and gave them feedback. Also recommend a different hotel in Foz de Iguazu, hotel is fine but location is too far from town. If any inconvenience occurs or kinks happens, the team find ways to correct it.

One thing to note, I went on this trip with a friend and we had to pay additional fee to guarantee two beds, which was unexpected. Also if you go with other ppl you become a unit, meaning one person can’t opt for one optional thing while the other decides to sit out.

We did a tour from Buenos Aries to Rio via Iguassu Falls. It started and finished well but Iguassu was a major mess and then the first hotel in Rio was very substandard.
Wanderful flew us to Iguassu into the Argentinian airport which is located close to the Argentine side of the falls. These falls were not included in the base price of the tour but were part of a hefty add on of USD$240+ for Tango night in BA, Argentine falls visit and more plane luggage. The hotel they booked us into was in Brazil and way out in the country side with no amenities nearby and it was nothing special, carpets worn out etc. Whereas there are numerous hotels in the Brazilian town of Foz Iguassu. Wanderful said Foz Iguassu was unsafe which is daft as there were multitudes of people and good hotels in town.
All of the above ruined what could have been a great experience. Easily solvable by 1) break the tango, tour, extra luggage option up. Have the Argentinian falls tour from the Argentine Airport on arrival. have a hotel in town not 5km in the country.
Then we flew to Rio and got placed in B@B hotel at Wanderful's recommendation. Others who were on the same tour at the same rate were put in the Arena
Hotel on Copacabana Beach. B&B was 2 star, dirty and a complete disaster compared the 4 star Arena.
Wanderful was very good and upgraded us for two nights to Arena, which made our holiday and for which we are grateful. Wanderful should leave B&B off its list of hotels.
Wanderful tried very hard and communicated well and politely to all our issues, but they need to take note of the above and will have better product to sell.

Great communication with the company and with daily reminders and updates made travel in South America much easier.
Plenty of free time to further explore after organised tours with excellent guides. Good quality accommodation in safe and well located areas.

Our 4 star trip in Italy was absolutely amazing! The organisation of the helpful staff, great experiences included and lovely hotels exceeded our expectations! An amazing experience in India. The itinerary was perfect. All involved were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We always felt safe and well looked after. North India is a vibrant place steeped in history. The driver was excellent, calm and dependable. Guides were knowledgeable and interesting. Hotels friendly, clean, beautiful, providing excellent service including food. We would definitely look at wanderful holidays again.

We just got back from an incredible vacation in Italy. We traveled to 4 cities via train and had tours and great experiences the entire way. All of the hotels were fabulous with great locations and beautiful accommodations. The tours were perfect. The team from Wanderful Holidays communicated with us every day to make sure we knew where to go and that everything was going well. Thank you to the entire team (Rose, Wendy, Sam and Alberto) for your expertise and care in planning our memorable and amazing trip.

Our honeymoon vacation through South Africa was amazing! We got to see a little of everything and even with all the traveling around it was stress free. Our guide was terrific and we would 1000% book again!

We had a private trip (as a family) through South Africa with many different stops. Our guide was great, he told us a lot about the country, the politics, the challenges and of course the sights. We were unlucky at a hotel in Cape Town, but this was then rebooked (unfortunately this involved additional costs). The agents team was directly available and took great care of us and our problem. Everything was well organized in advance, all the tickets were there and our guide took great care of us.

Our trip with Wanderful Holidays was from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro. We left Switzerland 3 weeks before the booked trip and have been on a cruise without internet connections and without closer information about our trip. When we then arrived in Argentina we had all vouchers on Whatsapp and was available. It was great to receive reminders and confirmations a day before a transfer, flight or tour was planned. Once the transfer and tour were not going the way as informed before and was a short uncertainty but the contact via Whatsapp was fast and helpful and we got a free lunch then on the NP. And once we were waiting for a tour more than 2 hours as told us to be ready. Later it was a mistake from the hotel which did not get us the message they received about the delay. Even then we received an additional tour in the NP and it was not a fault from Wanderful Holidays. Really helpful and great team! Hotels have been on good locations and we are really satisfied with Wanderful Holidays. Great thanks to all in the team!

We travelled to Argentina and Brazil with this amazing company. Their attention to detail is amazing. We had a flight cancelled due to an election in Argentina and whilst this was an expensive experience when it became clear we were not going to fly to Brazil a hotel and alternative flights were organised quickly and the impact on our holiday was limited. They are always available to answer questions and concerns swiftly and in our best interests. Travel with confidence it has been my 50th birthday whilst away and I was surprised with a lovely massive birthday cake! Their attention to detail and communication are outstanding. You're in very safe and talented hands whilst away. I certainly will book with this company again.

Wanderful Holidays exceeded my expectations. They walked us through every step of the way even sending us reminders of upcoming tours and meeting points. If any arrangements changed they were quick to let us know of the new arrangement details. My husband and I unfortunately overslept (we were having so much fun the evening before) and we missed our tour the next morning. Not only did they find a quick tour replacement but they were able to get us a partial refund on the tour we missed, which they didn’t have to. Totally our own fault. The breakfasts were above what we expected. The hotels were beautiful and located in close proximity to main touristic attractions. The tours and guides were very knowledgeable and super fun! We had our dream vacation to Italy and will use Wanderful Holidays on our RETURN TRIP! We are extremely satisfied with Wanderful Holidays and will recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you Wendy, Alberto, Sam, Amanda and the rest of the group for everything!! We are super grateful!

We had an amazing trip to Switzerland and Italy!! I am so glad that we chose WANDERFUL Holidays!! The Team was so helpful and it was so reassuring to know that we could ask a question and have help at any time. We decided to change an overnight stay and train in the middle of our trip and it was immediately handled without us even having to make a call. Wanderful Holidays offered a very good vacation package to Greece. The accommodations were awesome. Great locations and very unique. We stayed in Athens, Santorini and Crete.
There was good communication for all our transfers and excursions.
I would highly recommend this tour company. I will be using them again in the future!

Our first trip overseas was anything but smooth, but Wanderful Holidays was always on top of things to get our trip back on track. Responses were always within a reasonable time even with the different time zones. They take any incident seriously and work to give you the best vacation they can. If you are looking for a company to use on any trip I would highly recommend this one.

Our trip was a vacation of a lifetime. It was so nice to have everything taken care of for us. We had a few little hiccups but nothing major that had any impact on our trip. We had immediate response to any issues or questions in addition to follow up on the outcome.
I won’t hesitate to use them again to use them again for another trip. They booked excursions for us that gave us a terrific experience of Greece.

We had a great time in Italy. Erica, Alberto and Wendy went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. They kept everyone in the loop when our flight was cancelled and got us back on track. We will definitely use them again in the future!! Thank you for responding quickly to all my questions.

The planning process was detailed and personal. We took a standard tour package and made it our own. Having someone available to help while we were in Italy was a luxury. The accommodations were great, as was the transportation. They even refunded our Pompeii trip when my wife was sick that day. That was a classy touch they did not have to do. Great thing they have going!
