Just got back from a fantastic vacation in Rio de Janeiro and Iguazu Falls, and it was everything we hoped it would be! Wonderful Holidays took care of us from start to finish. Reliable, trustworthy, & efficient. They were in contact with the local tour guides which in turn all did an awesome job making our experience stress-free, enjoyable, and most of all memorable. The coordination required between our UK headquarters and our on-the-ground teams in Buenos Aires, El Calafate, Puerto Natales, and Santiago is substantial, demanding significant effort and commitment. Despite these complexities, Wonder Holidays and our local tour guides consistently delivered exceptional professional service. This extended from the punctual arrival of our drivers for airport and bus transfers to the knowledgeable, amiable, and empathetic nature of our tour guides.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all the tour guides. While specific names may escape memory, their positive impact on our South American experience is indelibly etched.

On our initial day in Buenos Aires, despite the unfortunate delay of our American Airlines flight leading to the cancellation of our 9 AM Walking Tour, Wonderful Holidays efficiently rescheduled the tour for 3 PM. Our female tour guide demonstrated remarkable understanding and flexibility. On the subsequent day, our other female tour guide provided comprehensive and insightful information.

During our second day in El Calafate, our male tour guide made a conscious effort to provide equally thorough English translations, acknowledging my partial understanding of Spanish. He also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and address any additional needs we might have had.

Our male tour guide for the Torres del Paine National Park on the second day was truly exceptional. His friendly demeanor, excellent English proficiency, and engaging humor were noteworthy. Most significantly, he demonstrated remarkable dedication by carefully assisting my 75-year-old mother across icy terrain, holding her hand and ensuring her safety. This gesture exemplified a profound level of care. We would be deeply grateful if you could convey our personal thanks to him for his attentiveness to my mother, particularly as this trip was dedicated to her 75th birthday.

Franco, a tour guide from our previous trip to Santiago whose name I recall, was equally helpful. He made a minor adjustment to our schedule to facilitate a drop-off at our final destination and secured reservations for us to enjoy centolla (king crab) at the market.

Finally, I wish to express my renewed appreciation to Wonderful Holidays for their accommodation. Although our scheduled departure for the international airport was 6 PM, they efficiently arranged for our pick-up at 4:30 PM, allowing us ample time to resolve a booking issue that arose due to American Airlines.

Our family recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Japan, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Wanderful Holidays UK. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. They stayed in touch through WhatsApp, responded promptly to every question, and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

Every detail of our trip was exceptionally well organized. The hotels they selected in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka were excellent, the English-speaking drivers were professional and reliable, and every transfer and reservation went exactly as planned. Even when we decided to make a few changes during our trip, they were flexible, accommodating, and made the adjustments without any difficulty.

The entire experience was truly seamless. It’s rare to find a travel company that delivers on every promise, but Wanderful Holidays UK exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Japan and would not hesitate to travel with them again. This is the 4th tour I have booked using Tour Radar and 1st using Wonderfulholidays and I have to say the vendors used on our recent to Portugal were among the best of any of our previous trips. The professionals at Wonderfulholidays performed perfectly well in keeping us informed, on time and in the right places. Had a hic cup or 2, but that is to be expected and the rapid response team addressed them immediately.
It takes a “leap of faith” to rely solely on WhatsApp contact in a foreign country particularly where there is a language issue, but WH can be trusted to Shepard your excursion with 5 star logistics and service.

I loved that everything was done for me as far as travel, hotels etc. It was nice to not have to worry about those types of things. We do prefer booking our own tours which you can do, but the provided ones were good too. Also love that they are just a wechat away, and they saved when we forgot our passports in our room safe and didn't have enough cash to pay our driver to go back. I was able to get help from them right away and it was a great relief. I'd do this type of travel again for sure. It's nice to have an agent there to help, and having all the hotels booked for us so we basically just had to unpack.

We had a wonderful trip to Greece, with an excellent itinerary of 2 nights in Athens, 2 nights on Santorini, and 4 nights on Crete. They had us on flights rather than ferries, which gave us some amazing views from the air. We opted to add an additional night in Athens at the end after the tour, and it was so incredibly helpful that Wonderful Holidays makes it easy to adjust and customize things as needed, without making the added elements exorbitantly expensive. We had a terrific team of people who were incredibly patient with MANY questions I asked along the way, as we made our decisions about whether to add the offered "enhancements" (eg. day tours, private transfers, etc). They responded quickly and helpfully every time! And the drivers and guides that Wonderful Holidays works with were also super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. We had such wonderful guides for the Acropolis morning and for our tour of Knossos. I had read a previous review noting that the hotel on Crete is at a distance from Heraklion, and I did let the team know that I think for travelers in the early or late edges of the season, it would be much better to stay in Heraklion. Even the way they received that feedback was friendly and professional, and I appreciated the chance to share what it was like 'on the ground' in some of the locations, because I think there may be some variability with when things open for the season, depending on whether March is warm or cold. Just overall a consistent, timely, and friendly approach to providing the necessary information on a daily basis, for the next day, and responding to any and all questions. This included having to completely adjust our arrival details due to flight rebooking. Thank you, Barbara, Wendy, Lilly, Hannah, Ronnie, and Sam!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Italy tour through wonderfulholidays. Their staff: Barbara, Wendy, Lilly, Hannah, Ronnie and Sam did a fantastic job. They were quick to fix problems and issues. We had one major hiccup on our tour and they compensated us for that. They are also great at taking suggestions improving the experience. A great trip and excellent people to ensure you have that great trip.

Just got back from an amazing trip from Greece. Wonderful Holidays was top notch, they communicated with us the whole trip, at the end we decided to come home earlier and they were very accommodating to our needs. This was the first time using this company, my friend and I were impressed.

They’re big on follow up, making sure everything is okay. Always ready to answer questions and they care for their customers.

Excellent service and communication. I loved how Barbara created a personal touch in her communications and Wendy Ronnie, Andy and the team were so tuned in to and responsive to our needs and suggestions. They quickly and kindly fixed an issue at a hotel. We felt very well taken care of by the team and the drivers/ guides they hired for us.
The activities were fun and the hotels were good quality. The only thing I might suggest is a hotel closer to Ubud.
I was uncertain about doing a tour with just my daughter (adult) and I but it turned out to be a perfect option for her, no too organized or lots of people but enough organized activities that she tried new things and really enjoyed them.

This trip was a lot of fun, I booked this trip through Tour radar. Our hotels were right by the hop on and off bus stop which was super convenient and really close to the subway train station as well. They checked on us everyday of our trip and were there for us. This was my very first time overseas and I have no regrets!

My tour guide Liztia was so great in London. She was there for us even in the rain lol and gave us the rich history and helped us to learn how to navigate the tub (subway) she even let me borrow her umbrella 🌂. Super sweet and kind!

Plus a bunch of cute shops were super close to our hotel in Paris too! Thank you for giving me a good time in London and Paris! 💕

We took a short trip to Patagonia, the support from the team was first class, with regular check-ins, recommendations and last minute excursion scheduling. The hotels we all of a good standard and the price of the trip provided great value for money. I'd highly recommend this company!

Superb company and excellent, competent, attentive staff from the beginning, answering all our questions to the very last on-time transfer. They supported us at each point where transitions could have been difficult. Everything promised was exactly as expected. We had a perfect holiday thanks to Penny, Alberto, Barbara , Hannah and others. We felt they were right there! Super responsive and knowledgeable.

I would have score 4.5/5 if I could. It isn't a perfect trip but overall the team has done pretty well with to address the issue as promptly as possible.
I initially planned the trip with an expectation that this is a group travel, but they are more of a virtual travel assistant that booked and plan the main highlights/itinerary.
The main hiccups were itinerary confirmation pre-departure and the late check in on an unmanned reception (without receiving any heads-up until we arrived and wandering on the street). They are online and able to assist in liaising with the accommodation provider and make adjustments/arrangement to the itinerary when we identified the issue.
What I do like about their services were the daily check-in and reminder on the next day arrangements, and when we provide some feedback, they do relay those comments to the provider and try to make it right. They do accommodate and provide recommendation when I wanted to add a side trip that wasn't in the initial itinerary.

I can honestly say that this was the best holiday I have actually had. The transfers, tours, selected hotels and days for us to do our own thing were well considered and worked really well. Living busy lives, it was so wonderful to be able to actually rest knowing that the fine details were all worked out in advance. The team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was great everyday for us. We will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you wonderful holidays for a wonderful holiday

Wanted to plan a grandpa-granddaughter (13) trip. Wanted an educational experience with new activities to challenge her. Found it through TourRadar where I found Wonderful Holidays UK tour of Ecuador including the Galapagos. It looked amazing. Whitewater rafting in the headwaters of the Amazon, time in Quito and other communities of the Andes, snorkeling at the Galapagos. Her parents asked about the tour company. I sent in my questions and their quick straightforward answers convinced us. Just completed the tour and it was all it was advertised to be… and more. Penny, Barbara, Ronnie and all were there to respond and assist while we were in Ecuador. Everything was high quality: the guides, the equipment, the transportation, the rooms. Couldn’t ask for more. Do we recommend? Absolutely yes. So, what are you waiting for?

When travelling to a new unfamiliar place I ponder sometimes: should I book a guided tour, where a bunch of strangers ride a bus from city to city as a group, or should I book everything myself, explore at my own pace and preference, and risk missing out on something I did not know about? I think wonderful holidays hit a sweet spot: organizing everything, handling all the logistics, including short guided tours, while letting you explore the things you prefer with only your own family. This behind the scenes non-intrusive guidance is exactly what I want. And the customer service is superb.
