Great itinerary
My recently concluded trip through Bangkok, Singapore and Bali was quite enjoyable. A mixture of immersion in culture, modernity, and relaxation. The airport pickups and drop offs went seamlessly. All of the guides and drivers in the different cities were friendly, informative and enthusiastic. Special mention to G'day in Bali who had very helpful suggestions for activities on the free days. The company was also immediately responsive on the one or two occasions there were hiccups, as is to be expected during travel. All in all it was a quite memorable trip, and I recommend the company to all.

Communication and Driver Issues
The overall coordination of drivers to get us to locations went smoothly. However, Wanderful never indicated that all trip tickets, information and general communications would be done via "whats app". Not being a whats app user led to stress in locating train tickets, drivers waiting in the wrong location and asking us to turn on "location" in the app, drivers that did not speak English. Many unmentioned additional costs as well, such as getting us to several locations, and being told we had to get ourselves home; $30 Euro cash in tolls requested we pay for ride to Seville. Why was this not included in our overall cost? Overall, too many days of stress dealing with whats app communication and non-english speaking drivers dropping us off at unknown locations.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that the overall coordination of your journey and transfers generally went smoothly, although we truly regret that the communication process created stress during parts of your trip.
All meeting instructions for drivers, guides, train tickets, and transfer details are provided within the travel vouchers and documentation shared before departure. In addition to this, our team proactively uses WhatsApp to provide real-time assistance throughout the journey, as calling international numbers while abroad can often become quite expensive for guests, while emails may not always allow for immediate support when quick resolutions are needed.
We do understand, however, that for guests who are not regular WhatsApp users, this style of communication may feel unfamiliar, and your feedback is genuinely valuable as we continue refining how we set expectations before travel.
Regarding the €30 toll charge mentioned for the Seville transfer, we have reviewed the real-time communication and are currently unable to identify a reference to this within the chat history. We would be more than happy to look into this further if you could kindly share the receipt or additional details, so we can better understand whether this related to an additional service or something that should have been included within the original arrangements.

Private Tour in Italy
My family holiday to Italy was our first trip ever to Europe. So I wanted everything to go smoothly.Thanks to Wanderful Holidays and their team, it all went extremely well. All my queries were answered promptly - thanks to Rose Amanda. All the hotel bookings, transfers and pick-ups were on point and timely. All the local guides; Marina & Linda in Rome, Andrea (also an excellent driver) in Florence and Denise in Venice, were marvellous and brimful of historical and local knowledge. Very friendly and enthusiastic.
My only suggestion would be to provide some information beforehand on entry and ticketing details for attractions like Basillica San Marco and the Tower of Pisa.

Very Helpful and Smooth
Every time we had a question they responded very quickly. The directions were always clear. The pick up drivers were always friendly and very helpful and on time if not early. The excursions were perfect. There were never any problems. Everything was so smooth. The hotels were in good areas and decent. I’ll definitely book with them again.

We usually plan our own vacations from start to finish to help save on costs as much as possible, but this time opted to have the tedious stuff worked out for us. It was so convenient to have all hotel, flight, and boat transfers done for us as we hopped around from place to place in Greece. Great itinerary marred by use of remote guide.
We loved the itinerary. Wonderful cities and towns to visit. Transportation between cities was relaxing and fast. The local guides were very good - informed, personable and often quite funny.
Wanderful should have made it clear in the beginning, or at least at the time of booking, that they would be coordinating the tour by remote control (Whats App). Based on prior tours with other companies we were expecting an in person tour guide to handle or help handle the daily logistics of getting between cities and venues. Once we understood how they were going to handle logistics, things did run smoother, but being uncertain whether the driver would show up and/or where to meet the driver, created unneeded stress and agitation. The stress was exacerbated by trying to communicate with local drivers for whom English was a second, third or fourth language.
That said, when I did contact Wanderful via WhatsApp, their staffer, Rose Amanda, was great. Very prompt and helpful.

We had a wonderful trip in Southern Africa
We received excellent services on 8 days Big Five & Mighty Fall tour in South Africa. and Victoria Falls. Not just the itineraries was the best, the communication between tour company and us was efficient and smoothly. All staying hotels were near the view points. Beds were comfortable and foods were delicious. All Tour Guides were friendly, patience and professional. We had a wonderful trip to the places where I dreamed a long time. I just finished my first 9 day trip in Greece. The agents are very responsive ; I had a few glitches during my stay but every agent I spoke with found a solution for me when I couldn’t find my transfer on my last part of the trip from the ferry to get to my hotel I rode a taxi that I found at the port and they reimbursed me for the inconvenience since I had a copy of the receipt and the last hotel room was not as updated and clean so the agency worked with the hotel to move me to a better room without paying extra which is going above and beyond. I travelled alone but it wasn’t bad at all and I like how you get to choose and plan the things you want to see even though it took me time to get to the center of things public transportation is reasonable and easy to take. I recommend Wanderful holidays it is so convenient to have transfers between cities taken care of for you and will be looking to book with them in the future. Thank you so much to the team for making my first time in Greece a memorable one.

Wanderful Holidays South Africa experience
The Wanderful Holidays team were very helpful and had all activities very well planned. We only had one minor glitch with a transfer and this was quickly resolved. The accommodation was very good, particularly in Johannesburg and Kruger park. The drivers were excellent throughout the trip and acted like tour guides. We especially enjoyed the cultural village in Jo’burg, the safari in Kruger park, and Table Mountain in Cape Town. My only concern was that we had too much free time particularly in Capetown. As our hotel was located in a very unsafe area, we could not freely walk around without getting an Uber. However there were plenty of activities to book ourselves. I would definitely recommend travelling with the Wanderful Holidays LLC

Standard Buenas Aires/ Iguazu Falls/ Rio de Janiero tour.
The team is helpful especially with all my concerns, it’s easy to message them and the reply is quick, Kudos especially to Rose Amanda, Wendy and Lily.
I requested for 2 twin beds and we got it 🙏.
The Hotel Locations were centrally located in the city and we were able to walk especially in Buenas Aires and Rio de Janiero.
NH Buenas Aires 9 de Julio hotel- great location, the only concern I noticed is the air conditioning is really not working well, if I’m not mistaken it is set at 24 degrees Celsius and we were there during those warm days. Breakfast is okay.
Taroba Hotel, there is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good especially the fruit sections.
I noticed it is noisy during the early hours from 6pm to around 10pm, there is some Karoake( singing ) going on and it is loud and very difficult to sleep even with the earplugs on.
B and B Hotel Rio de Janiero Copacabana
I like the location of the hotel, walking distance to the Copacabana and a good walk to the Ipanema beach. A lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast is also good , I enjoyed the fresh fruits.
The problem is because we are in 2nd floor and in front of of the busy Rua Francisco Octaviano street, it’s really loud and noisy not only hearing people yelling but also the traffic noise is overwhelming at night. The Balcony really is not a plus, it’s small, no chairs and is not well kept.
I haven’t had the chance to be in the room without the balcony but it’s probably a better option to be away from the noisy streets below.
I understand that Wendy tried to ask for a room change but it was not granted… thank you for trying.
Otherwise the day tours in Buenas Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janiero were excellent. We enjoyed the experience… Roberta from Rio de Janiero day tour was great! Also grateful for the drivers, they really make sure that we are safe.
Special mention to the driver that drove us from our Rio de Janiero hotel to the international airport, thank you so much for picking us earlier than what was scheduled, the driver came at 4:05pm instead of 4:30pm and it works well for the traffic was bad that afternoon, it took us 1 hour and 35 minutes to arrived at the airport.
The free lunch in Rio de Janiero- excellent choice for the restaurant, Carretao! We enjoyed the Brazilian grilled food!
All in all we enjoyed the experience.

Our trip was absolutely unforgettable! We’re still talking about it two weeks later. From the moment we arrived, every single detail exceeded our expectations. There was someone waiting for us for each thing we booked, every arrival, no issues and amazing communication the whole time. It took all the stress of typical travel we’re used to away. The trip itself was incredible, the falls were absolutely breathtaking and our guide made everything seamless. Enjoying natural beauty is even better when things are seamless haha. The activities were diverse and so fun (again without the typical hassles of getting there etc.), and the local culture of each country left a lasting impression. The accommodations were so lovely, we were offered upgrades which we decided to do and again it was all handled so seemingly effortlessly which is how you know people are working hard to make your experience special. The whole team at Wanderful Holidays (people we will never even know) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also had the chance to explore some hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. Overall, it was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and immersion in the local lifestyle. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a truly amazing experience! Most importantly I recommend the company because even when/if things go awry you can absolutely count on them to help and that’s the main thing in my mind while traveling. Thank you!! Not so Wanderful
We asked if this was a group tour,we were told it was but this was wrong and we only had 2 group outing both with different groups. The rest of the time it was just the 2 of us. Every day we would get an updated schedule,change of hotel,change of flight,different pick up time etc. This involved a lot of waiting around in hotels and airports. It also felt like we were being down graded all the time. Overall the trip was good but won:t use wanderful again.

We would, however, like to clarify that while we do offer larger fully grouped departures on certain tours, many of our programs are intentionally designed around smaller group sizes to create a more intimate and flexible travel experience for our guests. Our aim is generally to operate with smaller groups of around 6–10 travelers whenever possible, although the exact number of joiners on any particular departure date cannot always be guaranteed.
At the same time, we do guarantee departures even if bookings are lower than expected, and in some cases this may result in tours operating on a semi-private or even private basis at no additional cost to our guests but the additional costs being absorbed by us. Similarly, the use of private Airport transfers is intended to minimize waiting times (for all people to arrive , at times there are luggage delays for certain guests as you can imagine) and provide greater comfort and flexibility compared to larger coach-style operations.
We also understand your concerns regarding the operational updates during the journey. While schedule adjustments can occasionally happen due to airline, which are beyond our control but again the smaller group operation allows is to quickly adapt and send the vehicles in line with the changed flight timings where required, we recognize that changes may feel disruptive and may not have fully matched your expectations but some of these are beyond our control.
Your feedback has been taken constructively, and we will continue improving the clarity of our tour documentation, so our guests have a more accurate understanding of the operational format before departure.

Perfect blend of cities and nature
My wife and I went on the 18-day South America: Glaciers, Water Falls, & World Wonders tour.
The tour covers a lot of geography in three countries in a relatively short period, but in a well-paced manner. We never felt rushed. The tour combines scheduled excursions with free time in a balanced manner that gives members the time and confidence to spend more time at the same or new sites.
As you can imagine, coordinating such a trip can be complex, but Wanderful Holidays was up to the challenge. The service level provided by all the head office and local guides was superb. Rose and Lily in particular were excellent. They provided clear, timely, and detailed instructions all the time and whenever a small glitch occurred, which was rare, they promptly addressed it.
Some suggestions for improvement would be to arrive in Rio de Janeiro (from Iquazu) at mid-day or early afternoon instead of late in the evening; don’t fly with discount airlines (the seats are far too small and have no leg room); although we stayed in four-star hotels, and upgraded to a five-star hotel in Rio, some of them did not reflect the ratings. NOI Indigo Pategonia in Puerto Natales and the Hilton in Rio fell into this category. In the former case, some of the amenities were not available and in the latter case, although the location was great, the room we stayed in was well-worn and in dire need of an upgrade.
One note to those trying to decide between the Brazilian or Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls: They complement one another, as the Brazil side views the Falls from below, whereas the Argentina side views the Falls from above. Also note that when we went, the humidity was punishing (38-degrees Celsius). We did the Brazil side in the morning and were afforded cover by trees; at this time of day, you are not covered on the Argentina side.
