I give Walone a well-deserved 5 stars!
Initially, I was hesitant to order from Walone because I wasn’t familiar with the site, but my daughter had her heart set on ordering her senior prom dress from them. We placed our order back in February and provided her custom measurements. From start to finish, Arlinda, our customer service representative, was absolutely amazing! She kept us updated throughout the process, even sending videos of the dress in production to reassure us along the way.

Toward the end, I grew a little concerned about whether the dress would arrive on time, but Arlinda was very reassuring — and she was right! They shipped with DHL Express and provided excellent service. Since there wasn’t a driver available to deliver in our area, they made special arrangements for us to pick up the dress to ensure we had it in time. We received it a week early, giving us the perfect amount of time for fittings and final touches.

The dress was exactly as ordered — beautifully customized and fitting her perfectly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were absolutely stunning.
I would definitely order from Walone again without hesitation. Thank you for making my daughter’s prom night unforgettable!

I ordered a dress for my prom and I was indecisive about what mesh I wanted to use but they were super helpful and the mesh we decided on I didn’t like after they sent me a video of the dress so they remade the whole dress within just a few days just to satisfy me and it still came on time I loved the dress and it fit like a glove it was perfect and they were so helpful throughout the whole process and they also made my veil for free it was great. I also want to give a special thanks to Arlinda she was the one helping me the entire time.

My prom dress was everything I asked for. When I asked for changed walone did the changed with no complaints. The dress came earlier than expected and was perfect.

Ordered my daughters prom dress but BEFORE ORDERING I told them I needed the dress by march 28th is it possible? they asked which dress, after telling them they said it would come I then said she’s tall is the dress really long they said let them make sure they have the fabric. They said yes we have it so I paid then 2 days later they sent me they RAN OUT OF FABRIC! They asked if they can used a different one, it looked cheaper and the details were not like original so I asked for a refund then they said they have the fabric I wanted originally, I said no because at this point they are just lying and I didn’t trust the fabric magically appeared. the representative told me they started so I could not have a refund. So after 2 weeks of arguing and threatening and posting on social media they agreed to refund me! Ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU CANT GO IN PERSON!

My daughter had a vision for prom and Walone put it into reality! The dress is to die for, my consultant Arlinda was so helpful, I was so skeptical about the process at first because my daughter had to choose a dress from a company that’s in a whole different country. Rest assured Arlinda made sure everything was on point. Even when I didn’t think it would make it here before prom, it arrived in 3 days early. The dress is definitely a statement piece, it going to turn so many heads for her big day! Oh and to top it off this dress was made in 3 weeks, and the details was outstanding on this dress, I can go on and on bragging about this dress.

I love the assistant I was assigned with ! communication was flawless and absolutely made my vision come to life . Definitely would go to them again . Videos were sent accordingly and they made it work with the limited measurement I was able to provide for them . I’ve received the dress way before the date I provided which was April 21st ( got it March 18th & was ordered end of February) . Note : I was very scared to order from someone across seas due to reviewing other designers in the same area scamming people . You get your moneys worth & I would most definitely recommend!!

Although, we communicated through different timezones, they did an awesome job helping me create my prom dress. They also did amazing with communication and paid great attention to small detail. The best! Would definitely recommend and purchase again!

I would like to thank the entire Walone team. When I first contacted them, they were responsive from the very start, replying to me very quickly and understanding immediately what I wanted. Subsequently, during our phone exchanges, since I live in France, they were always available for choosing fabrics or sending me videos of the dresses during their process. They were always quick to respond. The Walone team met the delivery deadlines for my dress and my mother's. We traveled and picked up the dresses before our departure, as agreed. During our stay, the team confirmed their relational skills, listening abilities, and understanding of all our requests, which reinforced all the positive thoughts I had about the Walone team. It is a boutique that I highly recommend, both for the quality of their work and their human approach. I am sure I will return for other occasions.
