The company took money for 2 items rather than the 1 I wanted to order. I emailed to cancel the unwanted item strsight away and get money back but got no reply. No idea when the items will arrive. It has been weeks. Don't buy from this company!

I have already posted a negative review about vyjoy having been unable to contact them following numerous emails I am happy to report that vyjoy has now rectified my problem although it has taken some time but it is to my complete satisfaction

I ordered 3 100% organic castor oil with rose quartz roller ball, and I received was 3 bottles of a cocktail of synthetic chemicals with a plastic roller. They don’t answer emails so I threw them straight in the bin where they belong. Beyond disgusted. This company needs to be prosecuted for false advertising. Fuming, just wish I’d seen the reviews for these dishonest lying people first.

I ordered and received 3 magnet fly trying machine. They look the part but unfortunately a compleat waste of money. There is no user guide. Which renders them useless. I have emailed them and sent messages. No reply. There is no phone number to ring. Stay well clear. Before you reply saying you can't do anything without a order number hear it is

Ordered 100% Organic castor oil with a rose quartz roller. I received glycerine with a plastic roller. No reply from customer service when requested a full refund. Avoid this company total scam.

I ordered 1 magnetic fly threader for fishing they sent and charged for 3.
When they arrived...
As a seasoned fly Fisherman I find this line thread device useless.
Despite several attempts to make sense of this gadget the magnet will not secure the fly for threading also the magnet refuse to stay in place.
It looked too good to be true; Alas it has proved to be so.
Please send details for return & Refund.

No response.
I would not touch them with a 13 foot spinning rod.

Ordered 3 clay cloths for my car, took weeks to arrive, definitely NOT what was advertised, these look like they where made by a drunk blind man, obviously another Chinese scam, Advertised using someone else’s advert, arrived in a clear plastic bag not the storage container in the advert, now to start the long process to get my money back
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, total scammers

I ordered a clay cloth that was on a Facebook ad. After reading the reviews I was sceptical it would even turn up. 1 week later and my item was delivered and exactly as described. Excellent service and value for money. Thank you.

Weak metal handle on the aerator sheared after just 4 hours of use. The foot plate is strong and robust but then unequal torque from the soil vacuum on use transfers to the weakest point! The t junction area leading to a sheared handle. As a grassland engineer I recommend aeration but this could be a waste of money 7bkess you only have 100 Sam lawn for low use

Bought a solar water fountain. Nothing like the website. Tiny and zero power. Complete waste of time and money.

Be very wary of this fraudulent business. You add an item to the basket and it adds the postage (understandable) but when it processes the order another item has automatically appeared. You do not see the total until you have submitted the order. Now radio silence and they refuse to respond to any of my emails. FRAUDSTERS! Do not order anything from these crooks

Same as many people here, saw a product they were advertising, bought it, recieved it, its junk. Contacted to send back for a refund and absolutely no response. Fortunately purchased via Klarna so payments now suspended until they respond

Terrible Chinese company. Advertises as uk based …. Not so. Ordered bathroom shelves designed to stick to wall by suckers. Didn’t work. Returns address was Uk so I immediately returned only to see the site change its returns address to a Chinese one after I contacted them. Fortunately had already sent and got a screenshot of their returns policy and addresses before they could do it. Do not use con artists. Item also took weeks to arrive

My order had not arrived I have tried to contact you for a refund but have been ignored why are you allowed to continue to sell goods we never get you are disgraceful

The items received were not as described, i contacted seller to ask for refund and what I needed to do on this and after several email attempts I did not get any response. Would not use this company again. Red flag company

Took forever to turn up and when they did they were half the size of the advertised item.
Also the postage was very expensive, yodel would have charged them around £3 they charged me £4.99, Avoid

Ive only gave one star to write review or I couldn't. Absolute disgrace of a company. Goods not delivered, thankfully my bank have sent money back to me and are now disputing them. Beware do not order
