Good product but I paid for chilled delivery and the pack was not cold but luke warm.

I buy this product for my Mother in Law as she is struggling with Diverticulitis.
Though one of her doctors, they recommended she tries VSL3 and it seems to help her.
We know it is not a cure but it is better than the pain she gets through flare up’s.

Second order as great results to gut health from first order. Looking to establish positive gains so far. Recommended.

Easy to take. Was told could take time and think it does. With tweaks to diet also - have improved. Not sure how long one should use - been told not too long and also can take long time!

I would like to praise VSL3 for their quick actions on my experience with them. The item I ordered did not arrive - all I got was an empty box with an apology from Royal Mail about the condition of the packaging. I tried to contact Royal Mail - queue was 60 mins. Contacted Customer Services at VSL3 and within 8 hours they have responded and will be replacing free of charge - excellent Customer Services.

I have been taking the probiotics for 4 years now after experiencing bouts of inflammation in my joints and as we know from recent studies, gut health contributes to this. The sachets with yoghurt every morning and a balanced diet has helped to reduce inflammation and my achy joints are now a thing of the past!

Ordered on the Wednesday and they arrived on the Friday via Royal Mail, well packaged and still cold.

On time and actually not left somewhere stupid

Hi, I paid extra £4.50 for cold storage shipping but when parcel arrived the item was wrapped in paper only. Please refund my extra cold storage cost pls!
