I purchased the capsules paying an extra £1.99 for 24hr tracked delivery with chilled packaging and there was no chilled packaging. Also, these are no longer the medical grade De Simone formulation backed by research. If you specifically want that, it is now sold as the CDS22 formula and can only be bought directly from the distributor Probiotics.co.uk They are also cheaper to buy so I would encourage anyone who takes these long term to switch to the correct formulation.

I received VSL3, 900Bilion probiotic in a box that the ice pack was completely regular water and I used it and it made me flare up after using all of them. I will never buy it again from them.
I bought Visbiome today and it had a package with Ice that was real ice and there was a sensor to make sure it was delivered without problem. I feel it would be helpful for the rest of the people who want to use it.

Excellent probiotic supplement

Good product, however, the company that distributes it in the UK is a complete and utter joke. This company, Nordic Pharma Ltd, is letting this brand down. I ordered probiotics to be delivered cold, but they arrived 5 days later, and the box was totally ruined. I tried to get in touch with them, and they are totally ignoring my messages. Basically, they take your money, and there is absolutely zero support.

This probiotic is absolutely amazing, is saving my life for the last year.
I have ulcerative colitis plus food allergies it was severe hard life before starting my use. I was suffering with a constant pain.
In the first week, I already felt response of my body getting better. And now I can say, I am having quite normal life again.

Honestly can't tell a difference. was recommended by my doctor but I can't tell any difference of a healthier bowel. So might be a hype or a hoax.

honestly - these probiotics are the best on the market - they are pricey but worth it. great service and always well packed - i used the cold delivery, and they do arrive quite cold which is reassuring for the life of the probiotics.
