The product is brilliant as I’ve had it previously and come back again for more.
My problem is the delivery and information about the delivery I paid for a 48hr delivery and didn’t get it!!! I had NO updates or when to expect it and for me to track the parcel I was expected to download an app……not good enough

I’ve been ordering VSL Probiotics for a few years now and have been very satisfied. However my order has just arrived and it is two boxes short of my regular subscription. I have tried to access the website to contact customer service but keep getting the message the website cannot be trusted. Is anyone else having these issues?

I have checked with my neighbour but they did not receive it. Usually this gets posted through the letterbox.
I have just checked the tracking information and this does not say that its been delivered.
Please could you look into this order, and re-send the items if they can not be tracked.

I have only just received the product so it is too early to say how good it is. In relation to to my original order it did not arrive on time. I tried contacting the company through their website contact form twice but never received a reply. I then contacted the company via a direct email address and they reissued the order.

Worked wonders on my gut health
I was recommended VSL by a friend. It has worked wonders to help my gut settle.
The ordering was efficient and the product arrived quickly.

Can only comment on lack of delivery.
My order has not arrived. Ordered 10 days ago and on the 48 hour delivery tracking there is no sign of it even reaching the carrier facility yet.
Do not waste your money.

Got the capsules on clinical advice.
Got the capsules on the suggestion of a clinician.The process of ordering it was easy enough.The delivery was fairly prompt.I have just started to take the tablets , its very early to come to firm conclusions yet, though I feel better for taking them.
