It says on their site instant for trustly withdraw.

It is saying processing withdrawal and when u click help section on page it doesn't show any help options other than a msg saying payment withdrawal in process and we will email you if need anything.

It's as if it won't let me on help section what so ever as I'm making a withdrawal.

I have spent funds in my bank yesterday as I wrongly assumed this money would be in by now and now its not its leaving me short.

I emailed the one email address I could find on there and no response to 2 emails.

Took a day or 2 to process withdrawal. But was in my bank instantly.

I can't fault the site, I do see alot of bad reviews here, I was skeptical. But try and be mindful. It worth noting 7 times out of 10 a personal will only post a review if it's negative.

Do not use this website, same issue as others. Pending withdrawal. Supplied all documents as per their online portal and instructions (all 4 corners). The images are 2k resolution, but they say the quality is not good enough. Then needed to send different proofs as the initial documents aren't accepted even though they are the ones listed on their acceptable documents list. Asked to close my account AND refund my withdrawal, and they just closed my account and still not released my withdrawal. Next step is complaints and The Gambling Commission. DO NOT GAMBLE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Looks like a scam. I deposited, played on the site and then requested a withdrawal. I have heard nothing, can’t access support or live chat.

I joined a few days ago had no issues withdrawing small amounts then on 11th won £250 now it's been pending since get automated responses, live chat blocked, now my account is blocked .I've sent in verification and nothing keep getting told they are busy processing..after reading reviews I am actually gutted and think I have been conned ..I have now raised a complaint through resolver as recommended by gambling commission...don't use this site

I recently left a strong bad review of this company that failed to pay my withdrawal, the issue seemed to be a blip with their system that failed to pay out, I wrote a big complaint and escalated this further as I absolutely hate when casinos do weird stuff to con players, when this happened to me, the warning signs were on red, this time round, the casino did do wrong when it came to my withdrawals, it simply was a blip and processing error, since then the issue was relatively quickly resolved and much to my surprise too, they identified the mistake made and rectified. Best to avoid this site. Tried to withdraw £300 and it says it’s supposed to be instant. Didn’t receive it so I spoke to the online chat. They said it will be processed within 24 hours. It wasn’t. Still waiting for the money. I’ve been blocked from the online chat like everyone else. I’ve tried to verify my documents as a precaution even though it said I didn’t need to and that’s still pending. There’s nothing quick about this casino and there’s no one to speak to if anything goes wrong. Will update when I actually finally get my money.

They have the slowest withdrawal time. It took weeks for my first withdrawal to be processed after completing verification and the second withdrawal has been pending for 8 days and they haven't taken any time and consideration to let me know of the delay. When asked they said it 'should' be done next week. Terrible customer service.

Would strongly advise against joining this casino as you will find yourself in the same predicament. At the end of the day they are happy to take the money but they are very reluctant to pay it out, even if this is a very small amount.
