Shocking..Took my deposit in about 3 minutes... The fastest loss I have ever had..Stear clear of this site the slots are rigged..

Well there are a few plus sides like the selection of games on this website and layout is decent but the positives end there.

I was lucky enough to win a bit in the end, but waiting over 48 hours for a withdrawal 3 times out of 4 withdrawals is one of the slowest payouts i've encountered. The daily free spins of 10p are pretty pointless as they are only bonus funds. Some of the slots also have a very low RTP so i'll leave this casino for now.

No matter how many times I try this site I just do not win anything. So far I have lost a lot. And the very small deposits I have taken (normally when I have had enough of dead spins and decide to pull what I have left) take up to 3 days for them to accept, then you have whatever wait time on top.

Deposited over £200 via card and mobile, won £120 they have decided not to pay me out because I deposited off my partners mobile they have no ul phone number and no live chat even though this is advertised on the website. I did receive an email saying they would refund £10 as a gesture of goodwill but they haven't

So after providing every single piece of documentation asked , I'm now being ignored . This seems to be the worst scam site I've ever come across

Any withdrawl under £100 is instant anything under £300 takes about 10 mins
I had a max win on this site withdraw took longer as it was a larger sum but has now hit my bank
The support agents are brilliant and very helpful
Overall I’ve had no problems with this site and will continue to use this as my casino slot site

What an absolute shoddy outfit I too have been waiting a month for a piddly withdrawal of £500 I verified my account and this was confirmed and now it’s saying my account is excluded from their casinos and no sign of my money!!!!! The bonus is make believe. Its not possible to actually get any of it. they told me that i had to have 30000pounds in bets in order to received it. I deposited 25 to get 25 in bonus. what they did not say is that you can only play slots to get 100% of your bets going towards the bonus. Its a scam because it is impossible. also max bet is only 2 pounds if you bet more the game wont let you place bet. SCAM RUN don't do it. The roulette tables are rigged as well.

Got worried about a withdrawal but I received it today and within time frame 24-72 hours. Other than that one occasion all my other cash outs have been instant, so can't complain really.

Customer service were fast responding to my emails and assured me nothing to worry about just extremely busy and long queue for withdrawals to be processed.

Overall really happy with the experience.

I don't agree with any negative reviews on here as I haven't experienced anything like that. Seems like people think they can play online without documents for verification, that's probably why they having issues. And as a licenced casino they need to preform these checks!

Disgrace of a company scammed me haven’t processed my winnings ignoring me blocked me off live chat! I have reported this through gambling commission and resolved and will be taking the legal route if I have to EVERYONE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS CASINO BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR WINNINGS THEY IGNORE YOU AND DONT EVEN REPLY!!
