Gave these guys another try to see if my original experience was mabye bad luck but no these guys are genuine criminals,spent hundreds to get a bonus only to pay £2! Absolute laughable,please listen to the bad reviews people and avoid at all costs,will he reporting to gambling commission as I have no idea how they get away with it

Please avoid at all costs Deposited a few times and got lucky and won 450 was so chuffed so withdrew it then the problems started firstly wanted bank statements so sent that then they sent a e mail asking for more and more Id been waiting over two months for them to pay now like everyone else here my account been blocked can't log in to speak to customer service this company will not pay you your winnings BE WARNED and stay well clear

I give this company ZERO stars. I deposited £2800 of my own money from an account that I share with mu wife’s. they were happy to receive me money! But when I won £4000 and tried to withdraw it, it was a different story. Initially while I was waiting for my £4000 to process I won another £2400 and something. I played a little longer till I had just over £2000 that I was going to withdraw also when I got kicked out and blocked from the site. I got an email saying they have confiscated all my money and as a good will gesture they gave me £800 out of my £6000 winnings all because I used a joint account to deposit my money absolutely disgusting!!! I bet if I didn’t win and carried on depositing my money they never would of said anything

Right now until now I've not had no problems but to tell you the truth i barley go on this site, its weird as they paid out my winnings which was 100 pound on and they80 pound, but then i deposited by phone credit and i was winning but then i wasn't felling it no more so i went and withdrew 20 pound but as soon as i did they asked for proof of my bank details which isn't a problem. But every time i have sent it it either isn't correct or the thing that keeps on happening is they keep on asking for my bank details again and again as if i have not sent it to them already. It feels as if I'm going to give up and allow them to keep my money. This is the 4th day now but im stressed out and I'm not pis... Off. Do not deposit they will accept deposits but find any excuse not to pay dispute ongoing since August 2025. They will void any winnings for without a valid reason and NOT REFUND ANY DEPOSITS MADE

How is this online casino still in operation, needs investigating by the Gambling Commission they accept £100s in deposits process small withdrawals when request a withdrawal over £500 they block you void your winnings and not even return your deposits absolutely shocking breach of licence and code of conduct if you ask me, I was also refunded £100 as a goodwill gesture so obviously I didn't breach any of their terms on their website
