I joined this site recently and to date I've had no issues. They seem to be conscious about safer gambling and have the correct measures in place for people to set limits and timelines of for gaming.

My withdrawals have been instant which is great. Obviously should my opinion change overtime then so will my review, it will be updated accordingly.

Voodoo dreams virtually comes off as a scam

I was asked to do account verification and I supplied all my documents like I do with other gaming sites, where I have no problems. For some reason voodoo dreams don't allow the standard docs and assist on a selfie which they continuously don't accept no matter how many different ways you send it

I have sent 7 different versions of this and they don't come back saying what's wrong they just say withdrawal cancelled.

This has been going on for two weeks.

During their version of account verification they don't allow any withdrawals and the hold your money.

It is ridiculous...I am trying to find a way to report them to the gambling board as they should not be allowed to have a gambling license

Don't pay withdrawals even after my husband submitted all requested documentation to prove bank is in my name linked to paypal account they said they can't see certain transactions which you clearly can have sent paypal statement matching name to bank and account number can clearly see same genuine customer thats broken no rules they take a week to respond to each email then provides repetitive or unhelpful responses so have to wait another week for reply clearly have staffing issues if takes two weeks to check few statements which would take less than 10 minutes avoid this company u been warned

I've won alot of money here around 13k in last 8 months never had an issue with withdrawal either almost instant unless you make two withdrawal in the same day it takes couple of hours then.

It's been 3 months since I won 400 pounds and still waiting for it they keep asking me same thing again and again send bank statements ID phone bill which I've sent it thousands of times and they keep asking same thing over and over.

Deposited £20 got £8 bonus. Played £20 staked £20 got nothing then won £50 with the £8 bonus. Does not allow draw down on bonus wins. You are just playing pretend on bonus money.

Scammers, didn't recieve my ten percent Friday cash back so got in touch with them twice via live chat, was told you only get cash back if you've lost more than you've won,although I've never won anything with them,any wins are always lower than you've deposited.I will be taking further action against this site as they are definitely and blatantly ripping people offplease don't waste your money on them.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, they have withheld my withdrawal and are refusing to pay me. They are saying that I have not forwarded the correct documents, which I have. They excepted my deposit without the correct documents but will not approve my withdrawal without them. This is a scam site that take your money but will not give you it back.
