Very efficient delivery but let down by poor after sales. I ordered a 6kw hybrid inverter that clearly said on the website it came with an Eastron meter. I had an email that due to stock issues they couldn’t find 6kw so I agreed to pay the extra for 8kw on the condition it came with the meter I was told it would. It arrived without the meter and I have been given the runaround with ping pong emails with all sorts of excuses. Not even an offer of a few quid of the price of a meter. Shame they don’t care about their customers I will be buying inverters elsewhere in future.

Very helpful and gave sound advice for my home solar project. It is all up and running and the few problems (mostly due to inexperience here) I had were very quickly sorted out and helpful information given out.
I would be happy to recommend them and will be using them again for phase two.

Good pricing and stated 1-2 day delivery for £50+ but unfortunately the service by Voltacon has been let down by TNT who claimed the address was incorrect and have made no further efforts to contact me to deliver so it has been sat at the depot for days now even though my contact number should* be on the shipping label. Voltacon have passed on more details to help TNT but don't seem to be interested in doing much more. I have requested a refund to the delivery charge or cancelling the order completely so that I can order from elsewhere with a more reliable courier service. This has not been forthcoming - it would have been quicker and probably cheaper to physically go to the warehouse and collect the order! Very disappointed in the overall service but as stated let down by the choice and price of courier.

Update: If it's not clear from the feedback from Voltacon they remain adamant that a delayed/non-delivery is not their problem. The order remains *undelivered* after over a week. This is in their hands as much as they would like to deny responsibility for courier choice...I give it the benefit of the doubt and remain patient but being in limbo with a package showing "Shipment now at depot nearest to delivery address. " for 5 days is the sender's responsibility to resolve. A refund for the delivery charge has not been forthcoming...

Happy to change/update this review once resolved...

Final update: So after suggesting that a Section 75/Chargeback would be initiated some progress was made - TNT gave me a call to establish some directions - *turns out my number hadn't been printed on the shipping label and extra information had not been passed on. Delivery was subsequently made literally a few hours later. Curiously the UN battery shipping label had been cut off the box - will let the reader interpret that. Needless to say this was a poor experience, the abrupt email from Voltacon has hardly done them any favours - I will certainly not be buying the intended additional products I was planning to - they need to have a think about that before mouthing off at customers telling them that their choice of courier isn't their problem. The suggested goodwill refund of delivery charge was also ignored.

Buyer beware - no doubt when things go well everything is fine hence the other reviews, but the moment there is a problem, they're not interested and become abrupt hence the less favourable reviews that share a similar theme - Voltacon may also want to read up on UK consumer contracts regulations...

Updated to 2 stars purely on price and the fact it was eventually delivered!

Very professional approach to the customers. Products well packaged.

Product support very good. Explanation for late delivery 'Not scanned by courier when despatched' should have been ensured by Voltacon.
Installation instructions and, ideal, appropriate PV connector tool included in package.
