Excellent! Very competitive price for the Solis data logger I purchased, and rapid delivery too. My original one (I suspect non OEM) didn't have reset button (nor inside), so when I upgraded my mesh system to a WiFi6E one, I couldn't reset it. I didn't want to mess about trying to flash it, hence ordered a new (proper Solis) one. Job done, monitoring again (not that we're generating much in December!)

Very competitive on prices, so a good supplier to use. Excellent service on the whole. I did have an issue with the item purchased but this was very fairly delt with by Voltacon. The only downside was it took a couple of weeks to resolve, but good positive outcome was achieved.

A bit fiddly to set up and the instructions were microscopic. Once we rrealised that the phone app would lead us throught the process it was much easier.

Good prices

Asked for a delivery quote to a specific mainland Highlands address. Received and accepted quote, requested an invoice, paid. Today received request for additional surcharge due to location. Explained that not only was this a violation of UK trading law (demanding more money after an invoice has been paid), but it is contrary to their own online terms. Explained I would not be paying. Have just received this message: 'Hello, I understand that our sales man created an order for you, is this right? In this case he will have to pay for the mistake, we will send you the good tomorrow but someone else will be penalised the £45.'
This has to be the least professional mail I have ever received from a company. Standards certainly have fallen. I have replied giving them the option to refund my money. I am referring this to Trading Standards. Stay tuned. Update. Having explained I had left a Trust Pilot which I would be happy to update as things processed, I Just received this: 'better to modify it now otherwise i need to cancel the order, this is not appropriate you are rushing to accuse us : trading standards, trustpilot, etc, is this how you handle your suppliers?'
Er, yes. Poor service = poor review. But to receive an overt threat that my items would not be sent until I modify this review is outrageous. Trying for a refund. Stay tuned.
Latest reply is that items will ship. If anyone, especially Trust Pilot staff, would care to see the actual emails, they are available on request. It seems that in Voltacon's eyes mentioning Trading Standards is a threat. I believe they are there to protect both trader and buyer and I will not be intimidated into either withdrawing any complaint I might choose to make nor removing this legitimate review. The fact that they have had to ship the order at the price agreed clearly seems unfair to them.

I phone no Monday and was able to pick up my goods by Thursday when I arrived it was all ready and staff helped with load the van
And the after service is very good
I would highly recommend them
