Bought a Vauxhall Adam {back on their website stay clear major engine issues }from this company which turned out to have numerous issues starting 1 hr after collection they had several attempts to fix it but failed. They have since taken it back but gave us £1300 less than we paid and made all sorts of reasons leaving a 20yr old girl massively out of pocket currently going through auto trader, trading standards and solicitors what a way to treat your customer

The facts of this review is not the fact that the car had over heating issues that you failed to repair or the fact you state it was some 3 months later the car was not owned for more than 8 weeks

It is the fact that you have not followed the Consumer rights act 2015 by giving a full refund i have a invoice to prove the that the deal was £6284 with £3000 towards from the PX how can a £5000 refund be a full refund no matter what storeys you make

I had to spend a day phoning around trying to get my cars service history. All I got from Vogue was a piece of paper with parts bought and a date circled. No reg number or mileage after being told it had service history.

Great to deal with, quick, easy and made the whole process of selling my car lovely. Would definitely recommend.

From my first enquiry to actually collecting my car they have been first class. They have some great cars and the website is really clear with plenty of photos and descriptions. The test drive was very straight forward although my wife wasn't brave enough. After the drive I accepted their off for my car (we always want more)

Met with Roger at the station very nice guy did the deal after a test drive got paid the previously agreed price all good

I picked my caddy up Friday it was perfect better than Dan described as he said Darren handled the sale and couldn't be more helpful from initial deposit to picking vehicle up daren kept me updated but never pressurised me as we had Xmas during the sale and had to travel to collect caddy would use again thanks Daren and Dan

I have just sold my car to Vogue Autogroup. Danny Hill approached me courteously by email after I advertised on pistonheads. He made a sensible offer and communicated well. Roger picked up the car and was polite, professional and efficient. There was never any pressure, or additional conditions introduced at the last moment.

Bought a mini countryman cooper s from vogue in derby brilliant service from them ‘ car broke down after 420 miles But full credit to the manager was fixed in 5 days and warranty covered my bill . 10 out of 10 for the company brilliant service by the company’ big thank you will always recommend this car company

Great experience purchasing my VW Caddy van from Vogue! The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, having a lovely set of Veeman alloy wheels and some subtle styling mods including Caddy Life wing mirrors, R Line fitted seat covers and black VW badges. Was in great condition as van's go in my opinion! And I will also mention (as a positive) that when they forgot to put 12 months MOT on it before handover, they went out of their way to come and pick the vehicle up and leave me a loan van and take it back to be MOT'd and then dropped it back the next day. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smart VW van!
