I had cryolipolosis with Charlotte at their Leeds clinic last month and I’m so pleased with the results! I’m down an inch despite being ‘off the wagon’ over the Easter holidays.
Charlotte was so lovely and knowledgable, she really made me feel so at ease. I look forward to going back for another session shortly.

Gemma is a star
I recently had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Gemma, and she completely made my day! She was so genuinely warm and friendly right from the start—like talking to a kind, caring friend who’s truly excited to help. She took her time to listen, answered every single one of my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and went way beyond what I expected. What really stood out was how much helpful, detailed information she shared; it felt like she was pouring her heart into making sure I had everything I needed, explained in the clearest and most encouraging way possible. I left the conversation feeling not only informed but also uplifted and supported. Gemma is a true gem—warm, incredibly helpful, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. If you ever get the chance to connect with her, do it! You won’t regret it.

Disappointed
I had an appointment at 13:05 on 13 Palace Street for 360 Fat Freezing, they asked to come 15 minutes earlier. i have arrived with 15 minutes earlier I have waited 35 minutes with nobody coming to pick me up, I have called 3 times, the guy of the phone was helpful, I believe he tried his best to get someone downstairs, but he didn’t know what’s happening. At least to give a notice if the appointments are delayed.
