I highly recommend this clinic for fat freezing (cryolipolysis) treatments. Having now completed more than one session, I can genuinely say that I am seeing noticeable results, which has made me very happy with my decision to choose this clinic.
From the beginning and throughout each visit, the staff have been consistently professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always make me feel comfortable and take the time to check on my progress, explain each step, and answer any questions I have.
The clinic itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Each treatment has been carried out with great care and attention, and I have felt confident in their expertise every time.
What I appreciate most is the ongoing support and honest advice. Seeing real results after multiple sessions has really reassured me that I am in the right place.

Disappointed
I had an appointment at 13:05 on 13 Palace Street for 360 Fat Freezing, they asked to come 15 minutes earlier. i have arrived with 15 minutes earlier I have waited 35 minutes with nobody coming to pick me up, I have called 3 times, the guy of the phone was helpful, I believe he tried his best to get someone downstairs, but he didn’t know what’s happening. At least to give a notice if the appointments are delayed.

To make things right, we have already issued a full refund for your session, as we do not believe you should pay for an experience that didn't meet our professional standards. We have also reached out to offer you a 50% discount should you choose to return to our Palace Street studio for your 360 Cryolipolysis treatment.

I recently had a fat freezing treatment at **Vivo Body Studio**, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results.
My treatment was carried out by Miss Kelly, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to explain the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before beginning. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out.
