Very badly let down
I was given 2 dates Today (09 Oct 2026 in the afternoon) and tomorrow (10 Oct 2026), but the workers did not turn up so the work was not carried out, even though I got a txt msg to say they were on their way, hence my low rating

Ive been at the property for almost 8 years anytime ive had a maintenance problem its been resolved Thid year I had new modern kitchen put in which I had a say in absolutely stunning kitchen also new bath set fitted they took away the old stuff and fitted a new kitchen within 9 or 10 days thanks vivid

Outstanding Organisation
Over the years I have come into contact with Social Landlords & Councils both in a proffesional Capacity and more recently as a Tennant.
Over all Vivid have always given me outstanding service.
Thier Service Professionals which include a team of plumbers/electrician's/General Maintenance/admin & Office have always been polite, bright, Capable People which makes thier visit to our home a pleasant experience rather than a task and that is apparent in thier great customer service and professional persona.
Every repair has been carried out to standard's expected if not succeeded. Never have I, had to call back or have a repeat repair.
VIVID in my personal opinion is a credit to the British Social Housing Market & of course not to forget The Diocese a large part of this organisation for investing time & patience in citizerns and thier towns.
