Viva Containers Anmeldelser

Was timely and commuicated on his arrival time.

Price was best I could find and they worked with my time table. Delivery was easy and driver made sure to place container exactly where I wanted.

Here was a mix-up in the delivery trucks, however I was imeadiatly reimbursed for the additional expenses incurred. The units were in top shape as described. I am fully satisfied with the units and the service provided and will definitely use this company for my future purchases. Jim Sorensen High Horse LLC .

Communication was excellent. Delivery was good. However the container was in far worse condition than the average WWT container.

Great container, on time delivery.

Great helpful delivery set the container right where we wanted it

Fast response. Fast delivery. Better prices than any other company I found. Can’t beat any of that. Would highly recommend purchasing from Viva Containers.

Container arrived to location. Currently doesn't leak. To my surprise manager was apologetic after a few misunderstandings and made up for it.

Sonya Kruja made the process easy. Called in got a verbal quote sent me a link for payment, easy peasy
as easy as ordering a pizza.

Viva Containers is definitely the best price, the best customer service, the best and easy process to complete the entire effort for receiving a best in class shipping container to your destination.
Everyone, especially Sonja, is professional, friendly and focused on customer satisfaction.
THANK YOUUUU SONJA!

Sonja has very good customer service

good price, on time, good delivery

Exactly what I ordered and paid for, easy to do business with, perfect communication and the right price, delivery driver top notch too!
Very satisfied with this transaction!

Great communication, fair pricing, quick shipping, and easy offload. Containers are in great shape and the process was very smooth

This is the way you buy a shipping container. No b.s., just straight forward business as it should be. For those who are leery about buying a container from some sketchy marketer who can barely speak english, this is the place for you. And Sonja Kruja is the best.

Thank you Viva Containers.....

Everything went smoothly. Delivery came as scheduled and no hidden fees. Great experience and customer service from Viva and the delivery driver.

After 8 days after expected delivery date, I have not received container today 6/27/2024 . It is a scam !
Pls refund !

finally delivered on 7/2/2024. so I change rate from one star to 3 star. it seems delivery was the problem.

I got exactly what I ordered and it was as advertised. Small problem with delivery but nobody's fault.

The container is as expected. Delivery was not. Before purchasing, I was told there would be no problem scheduling delivery. After purchasing, I was told my delivery request was not possible. My second request was, so I left work and drove 2 hours to be there for delivery. As I got to my property, the logistics company called me and said the container was STILL IN CANADA and wouldn’t be delivered for over 5 hours. I had to get back to work, so I left specific instructions on where to put the container (sent pictures and spoke to logistics person).

I was told container was delivered later that night. When I was able to return, I could see the container was not place as I had instructed. I am now unable to move the container. Disappointed the delivery was not at the time promised, that I wasn’t able to be there due to the late arrival, and that the placement was not as I had requested. The container was cheaper than others out there; now I'll need to spend the money I saved to get someone to move it! That being said, I'm happy to have you help me arrange for someone to move the container if there's any interest in improving my experience.
