We recently used OWR for an event requiring multiple different types of hardware alongside some of our own bespoke software.
This has proven difficult for providers to assist with in the past but OWR were extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs from the outset. The equipment arrived on time, was in excellent condition, and worked flawlessly throughout the event. Their support team was knowledgeable and on hand to assist with any queries.
This took a lot of stress out of the process, allowing us to focus on delivering a great event for our customers without worrying about what was happening in the background.

I would highly recommend OWR to anyone needing reliable and high-quality tech solutions; we will undoubtedly partner with them again, especially for some of our larger events where its imperative to have professional events assistance on site.

Finding One World Rental has been such a benefit to our company. We conduct in person training across the globe and I know I can rely on them to deliver there product on time and in full. The team are very responsive to quote requests and the customer service is second to none. I would not hesitate them to any industry professionals looking to hire technical equipment.

Unreliable, confusing process, and no accountability.

We rented a branded iPad floor stand for an event in London and paid around £800 (including the stand and custom vinyl design). Unfortunately, the experience was poor from start to finish.

- Pricing confusion: the first quote was €270.19, but it suddenly jumped to €564.43 for a different model after we’d already started the process.
- Missed deadline: despite several assurances, the branded stand didn’t arrive in time for our event.
- Wrong product: we were sent a white “universal” stand—the exact one we’d declined because it didn’t look premium enough.
- Compatibility issues: after more back-and-forth, a black stand arrived with an old iPad whose battery barely worked.
- Endless follow-ups: we had to chase for e-sign links, payment info, delivery updates, and timelines multiple times.
- After-the-fact delivery: the branded stand turned up only on the last day of our event, when it was no longer useful, and the company used this to justify not refunding us.
- No goodwill: despite the missed deadline and the extra work on our side, the company refused any refund or commercial gesture, citing their internal costs.

If your event relies on timing, reliability, or proper branding, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

We hired Zettle card readers for a charity fundraising event. The whole process was flawless, from initial contact and quotation from Julius, the ordering process was very starightforward including changing quantities of equipment, the equipment arrived exactly when it was supposed to via a reliable courier, all in perfect working order, and the returns process was very straightforward. Very impressed!
