Do not buy from here, ordered 'high quality dress' which was absolute tat. Nightmare getting through to anyone and they are very avoidant to give you information on how to return even though my dress has a grease stain on it! Avoid at all costs.

Under no circumstances use this company, I thought I was a savvy shopper online. When my daughter sent me a link to a dress she wanted for a party, I checked and it seem a legitimate site, I ordered the dress which said 48hr delivery from Italy , when I tracked it , it was coming from India and took almost 3 weeks. When it arrived the packaging was burst open. The dress had a corset top and silk bottom, the finish of the dress was horrendous and the colour of the corset was a different red from the skirt. The next stage is returning it even though the customer service communication was good hence the 1 star, I now have to return it at my own expense to china which could then take 28 days to get a refund. Please do not use this shop stick to places like Oh Polly and ASOS were you know you are getting what you pay for.

Never buy anything from this website
They sent me a wrong item and they say I have to pay the shipping cost to return the dress back which was not my fault.
I have requested a refund two weeks ago and still they are saying that they sent the request to their team

Terrible scam
Terrible scam. The dress they sent me was awful cheap quality and huge not true to size. When I tried to return for a refund there is no button to get a refund only exchange I emailed them and they just keep making excuses and being unclear how to get a refund. I’ve reported them as scam to the bank. Don’t waste your money
