Dress doesn’t look the same in real life as the pictures, the corset is stretchy and gives no support. And not possible to return? They try giving you vouchers or partly refund but I’ve been waiting for my refund for over a month. Was also difficult to follow tracking (as I ordered express shipping and it did not help). Do not shop here!

I been ordering 2 dresses first i ask for refund money and i order again after i thought i will get refund money until i get my dress am so disappointed the dress was not good quality like in reviews a quality like Shein
And i get my dressen and still don’t get my refund money until
I try to send email they so many times every day no response no reply or anything from them
But before i refund money and order another dresser they always reply after that in a few minutes
Now i think they are scam they have no response me
And dresser was so disappointed

I ordered a dress from them that was delivered after 10 business days although it was supposed to arrive much quicker! The quality of the dress was appalling! Fabric, inseam - everything was utterly disgusting!
I’m quite gutted it was already too late when I realised majority of “their” designs were stolen from House of CB brand!
I asked for refund and they started to weasel about refund amount offering 30% refund just to keep the dress. Eventually we agreed on 70% refund that was supposed to be refunded back to my account within 10 working days. It’s been over 10 days now and no payment has been received. They even stopped responding to my emails!
I will chase with my bank now!
Misleading and unprofessional brand! I wish them good luck and good health because they will surely need it!

I strongly advise against shopping here. My experience with this store was absolutely terrible. I ordered two dresses, and when they arrived, they were cheap, poorly made, and completely unwearable. The dresses looked NOTHING like the photos on the website, which are clearly stolen product images. This is fraudulent advertising at its worst.

When I contacted customer service, I was met with a manipulative offer to keep the defective items for a partial refund. They falsely claimed that return shipping would cost $30–$50, which is completely untrue—the total cost for the dresses and shipping was under $10. They tried to make me pay for return shipping, even though the items were defective and misrepresented.

This store is unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. I will be opening a dispute with my payment provider because they refused to offer a fair resolution. I want to warn others—do not fall for the misleading images or the false promises.

PLZ DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Totally on me I clicked purchased on an Instagram ad—last time and learned my lesson. Store sells products which look nothing like the photos and refuses to honor return policy. I emailed multiple time for a refund and they “bargained” for a 25%, 50%, and finally 75% refund as their “final offer”. They market as being an Italian small business but have a Chinese shipping address. Furthermore they do not provide a shipping label for the return.

I ordered two dresses, one in black and one in beige (Rosalind Maxi Dress). I believed in „hassle-free returns“ and „30 day money back guarantee.
I just wanted to return the beige one, first they offered me 10% if I keep the dress. Then 30% and then 50%. I got very annoyed and forced again to get a label. They really send me the adress so that I can pay for about 50€ to ship that package from Germany to China. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! THE COMMENTS ABOUT RETURNS MUST BE FAKE!!!!!!! Find yourself dresses in shops which are worth it. Shame on them!

All 5 star rating for the brand are from bots, comments are 100% AI written. It ain’t coincidental that they all just have one review and all sound so robotical. @Trustpilot please do something! they are scamming people and their current rating is not reflecting reality.

As I mentioned in my other review, this brand is SCAM! Bad quality & different design from pictures. Wasted 120 euros on 2 dresses and both were cheap copies from China probably worth 5 euros each. If you want more detail read my other review.

Really poor quality.. like really bad. I went to file a return and I realised they don't take return, just exchanges or gift cards!? I don't want to order anything else.

Shipping is always quick and straightforward, and the quality of the product is exceptional. This is my fifth time ordering, and they never let me down!

My dress is called "Celestia" and what I received should be called "fallen angel from h×××" . Horrible quality,full of holes, stiches coming off. Just pay 50 more and order a proper dress.

I had to cut my credit card and get a new one because of this scammer! I am also trying to get my money back because I never received the item I ordered from them.

The 5-star reviews here are all AI-generated. Their website is fraudulent and scams people into buying products they will never receive or products of super low quality that do not match the photos (which they steal from other brands too btw)

They steal photos and designs from brands like House of CB and fool us into purchasing with fake AI reviews and stolen photos and videos on their website. Their address says Delaware but the product based on their tracking info comes from China. THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY VITTORIO VANETI which received many bad reviews already here in Trustpilot hence the new website.

They also won't cancel or refund my order even though it hasn't shipped yet so I had to contact my bank.

THIS BRAND IS FRAUDULENT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
The clothing quality is Shien but the charge is houseofbc. The dresses comes out really ill structured and is not coherent with the photos. Last but not lease they make return process extremely difficult, asking you multiple times to accept 50% refund and keeping the products. The other option is to return the parcel at your own expense to an address in China. The products don't worth 50% of what I pay and by no means will I wear them outside.

2) return address is in delaware on their website but they gave me an address in china
3) they offered me 30% refund at first, then 50% after I asked for a full refund
4) customer service is great! if you want to be gaslit and have your time wasted

Reviews are fake,quality is horrendous.
If it seems to good to be true then it probably is, learnt my lesson the hard way do not recommend purchasing from this company as the website is misleading and not a true representation of their products, shein quality at best.

Update: I am unable to reply, but the dress I purchased was in fact a total rip off of the Clio Peppiatt x Annies Ibiza Midnight Beaded Dress. I am requesting a refund from PayPal.

These reviews are mostly fake beware!! They have dresses that are from other brands on their website. They say they are from Italy but it’s a crap quality fake store from China! Their website looks pretty legit so it’s easy to get caught out.
