Highly recommend this taxi company. My car driver arrived early with a bottle of water in hand for me to drink on the journey! I was travelling from Liverpool to Manchester alone, late at night and I felt extremely safe. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!

We used Vito for the second time upon our return from our vacation and it was all as expected once again. All of the communication was done via business WhatsApp. Tom responds to requests super fast and we knew 100 percent that he would be there for us, as promised. We required wheelchair access so Tom turned up 20 minutes early to set up the ramp. I was kept up to date with texts from him and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will definitely be using this service again whenever I need transfers again.

Pick up was on time, helped with the many bags I had, efficient driving, good conversation with a lovely guy, and made it to destination earlier than expected 🥇🙌

Outstanding service. From sending an enquiry on the phone and communicating via whatsapp, it made the whole transaction excellent to use. Mike arrived jus before I was tod which was a brilliant, as we knew we would be on time to get to the airport. Water was offered when we got inside the taxi and what a lovely chatty guy, we chatted all the way to the airport, so nice and profesional. Defo will be using again. The taxi was a Vito with pleanty of seating and space and clean. Tom communicated with me just before we were due to take off coming home to inform us that he would track our flight, and just like his brother, is a really pleasent person. He was there for us, even though Jet2 delaed our arrival by nearly 1 3/4 hours and he was stil there and arranged his work around collecting us. 100% reliable. Thank you again guys. Tom picked me and my 3 children up from Manchester airport. He met me in the terminal to help with the bags and when we got in the taxi it was equipped with 3 car seats. There was also a bottle of water for us all. When I got to my destination he carried my cases up the stairs to 1st floor apartment. Great service, would highly recommend.

We used VitoTaxiTransfer service for our trip from Liverpool Airport and would highly recommend this company. Mike arrived early to help us with our luggage on our way to the airport. Our flight was delayed on our return and Mike kept in touch throughout and was waiting to help us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. Both Tom and Mike are great guys, the taxi was spotlessly clean, excellent communication throughout and very reliable service.
