Pleasantly surprised
I thought I ordered sweatshirts and at first was disappointed. On closer inspection the material was good quality and jackets were well made. Colors are vibrant and as pictured. These were Christmas presents and I was worried the recipients wouldn't like them. My husband tried on his and felt it was perfect for chilly days. He loved the colors and feel of the material. My son-in-law wasn't sure about his jacket but when he tried it on and looked at himself in the mirror, he didn't take it off the rest of the night. He loved the color, designs and the way the jacket fit on him. The company kept me informed the entire time I awaited my order. I even emailed them several times. They were very nice and reassuring.

100% cotton would have been better for the price.
Total disillusion, Basically I paid for shipping and handling also the trip of the product as opposed to the quality of the product itself.

As you can see, our shirt is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. We can't make full 3D printed shirts if they are in cotton as the printing will be broken.
Please kindly understand that no 3D printed shirt is made from thick heavy material, most of them were silky. This is the best material we can offer to our customer which is comfortable, durable and soft hand feel.
However, we appreciate your feed back that we will try to innovate the product's quality to the best, so that we can have a chance to make you satisfy in the near future.
I love your products
I love your products. But,due to the overload of the postal service. There are great delays in delivery.

Very disappointed in the delivery and customer service. My package was ordered Dec. 7, PLENTY of time for Christmas delivery. NO package yet, Dec. 28. I also called and sent an email, a week later still NO response as to where my package is.

The prints are great
The prints are great! The shirts run small. Ordered mid Nov and received them the week of Christmas. Now going out to find a Christmas gift as the shirts won’t fit.

The online shopping experience was…
The online shopping experience was great the processing time was a little on the slow side the shipping is absolutely ridiculous but to be fair it was fine till it left your hands the shipper USPS has so very much to be desired (SLOW , POOR , UPDATES, NO CLEAR TIME FOR DELIVERY)
And it has nothing to do with the time of year or this virus situation it has only to do with over paid Government workers that don’t come close to doing what we as tax payers pay them for !!!!!!
My item was going to be a Christmas gift for my wife but as it looks she might get it as a new year gift I’m not very impressed with the shipping as far as your company I have no complaints thank you for your time

Ordered on Nov.23rd, and still have not received my package! There was nothing saying "Due to covid" that it would take almost a month to receive
