I ordered an item that I wanted personalized with initials, I received an email wanting to confirm my order, however the response time was not sufficient for me as I periodically check my emails.

Please give customers more time to respond when ordering personalized items even though it may delay the ordering process.

I received the item without the monogramed initials because I did not respond in time. I don't think that was fair. My order should have continued to be on hold a little while longer.

Therefore, I am not satisfied with this customer service. Please improve.

Thank you,
Nora

I love my shoes, style wise, but they are tight! I am a true 10, more to the 9 1/2 side and I am hoping I can somehow stretch them!!! Any words of wisdom? Thanks

Merchandise was great and good quality, just like the picture on the website. Will definitely shop again. Thank you

I ordered the Filipino jacket for my son. My order came in a timely manner and the jacket is true to fit size. The design is wonderful.

The jacket with horse racing motif was absolutely excellent. It is a one of a kind gift and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

OMG.. LOVE MY HOODIES AND MY CLOAK I BOUGHT FROM HERE. THEY ARE UNIQUE AND VERY COMFY. IT WEAR A LARGE AND I ORDERED A LARGE AND FITTED PERFECT.

I still dint heve my pacage and i made the transaction may 12

I first got a email regarding my credit card to make sure they were no wrongful usage since they received a red flag. Once that was cleared up I got a new email asap and received my purchase. The quality was more than expected. It came out soft and perfect shape. It was exactly what I bought and such beautiful quality.

The hat came crushed and doesn’t reshape and the graphics on the front are only legible if right in front of your nose definitely not happy with this purchase

I truly hate giving a bad review, although I just was not happy with the quality of the jacket received. This picture of the Filipino/USA flag print jacket looked very cool and fitted. This is what attracted me to it, the fitted look. I am in great physical shape and have no problem in making fitted clothes look good, but what I received was a big disappointment. Jacket was not tampered or fitted at all. Baggy mid section and sleeves... VERY disappointed and took $44 to discover this. Lesson learned.

The hoodie was the right size, fit well.
The 3D print was very nice. The shipping to longer than I expected, but it did come not damaged. I’m pleased with the hoodie.

My granddaughter LOVES this shirt! It was for her birthday in July but as soon as I got it I had to give it to her. When she seen her name on it she screamed. Thanks so much for all the help with ordering a kids size!! I am sure she will be asked where it’s from and we will share your site.

I like the shirt, thanks.

Took long and took another money out of my account

I have not received my order and have no tracking info. You have not fulfilled your promise therefore one star rating.

Great graphics
Very slow shipping process
