Awful Customer Service
After posting my most recent review I contacted Vithit via social media and email. Unfortunately, I’ve not received a response and I’m still stuck with 47 drinks that I don’t like. I would like a refund and I will happily send these back to you guys but I haven’t even had a response!

Not pleasant to drink at all
Not pleasant to drink at all, read that it was vitamin water, didn’t expect it to be pumped full of Sucralose so it just tastes synthetic and bitter to me as do all artificial sweeteners.

Thanks for your honest feedback — we’re really sorry to hear the taste didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that sweeteners like sucralose aren’t for everyone, but we include it to keep the sugar and calorie content low while still delivering flavour and function.
We appreciate you giving VITHIT a try, and we’ll definitely pass your comments along to our product team.

Missing case
I’ve been buying the Vithitt perform to drink at the gym and I really love it. I ordered 3 cases and one of the cases didn’t arrive. I contacted their customer services team and a new case was dispatched the following day. They were very easy to deal with and very efficient.

I drink at least 3 bottles a day.
I drink at least 3 bottles a day.. I love the stuff.. like a lot of people I don't like plain water but due to my diabetes meds I get very dehydrated. The apple and elderflower is my favourite and I don't like the red one at all.. I literally have a whole shelf in my fridge full of bottles lol. Love it
