I placed order today before cut off time they said order would be there by 7pm then get a text saying tomorrow at 545 pm with no reason why nobody seems to know what the problem was that occurred so on chat instead of some person name elley trying to help or at less offer some type of apology tells me ill help u cancel your order is this how u treat your customers when something goes wrong with a sane day delivery cancel the order how about sorry for the inconvenience what can we do to make it up tooyou something you dont have to help me cancel I can do that all by my self and I would have had I not ordered for some body else but this will be the last time I shop here thanks for the listen and hope u get it together

Helpful staff. Always greeted when I come in. I go knowing what I want, so it is in and out with staff directing me to where what I want is. Store is in a good location for me as I can do that with other fairly regular errands. When I requested that my auto ship be cancelled, the staff handled it without delay before I left the store.

I recently placed an order on The Vitamin Shoppe website, and the online experience was an absolute nightmare. It took nearly two to three hours to complete a simple order because the site continuously glitched. It repeatedly claimed my perfectly valid email was invalid and rejected my password, forcing me into an endless loop of resetting passwords and re-entering my information. I almost gave up completely, but because I couldn't drive to a store, I was forced to stick it out to get my items shipped. To make matters worse, right after placing the order, a $25 reward pop-up appeared that my credit card company immediately flagged as potential fraud. Ordering health supplies shouldn't require three hours of troubleshooting a broken website and dealing with sketchy post-checkout pop-ups. The Vitamin Shoppe seriously needs to fix their online customer platform.

No problem billing me for recurring subscriptions (with very little notice to change/cancel) but when they send me a 20% off code, suddenly their system will not take the exact same credit card I use for my recurring subscription. No issues when I'm paying full price, but I'm now "temporarily restricted" from giving Vitamin Shoppe more of my hard-earned money when I try to take advantage of a discount!

Guess I will move them to "permanently restricted" from selling to me by canceling my subscriptions and reordering elsewhere.

So I went to the vitamin shoppe in my area to check out NAD supplements and other things. I had this young salesman try to upsell supplements that I did not need. The guy also said he was an athlete which I did not believe and suggested some exercises for my frozen shoulder , even though I knew he had no idea what he was doing. I came in for one thing and he decided to put glucosamine turmeric fish oil for a frozen shoulder, which I really didn't need. He then suggested patches and lidocaine which I already have. You would think this guy had some common sense if I were looking for something else than to offer the common items that don't work.

I wounded up leaving and ordering what I originally came in from amazon. One more thing he had an iPad ready to take check me out. I am so glad I left.

Always go with your gut. If you know someone is just trying to get a sale just leave and order it yourself from Amazon. This hasn't just happened once but twice. I have to question if these sales associates are even qualified to sell these supplements. ( I realize some people may not want to order from Amazon, but at least if something goes wrong you can always reach someone who will help you get a refund, etc. ) Just out of curiosity do these guys get pushed to sell their vitamin shoppe brand most of the items that were being pushed were from their brand it was more expensive than other brands.

Ordered a package once, literally once, just because I wanted to make sure it would actually ship to me. Bought something cheap, it arrived. So I decided to go to them instead of my normal supplier, suddenly every single order I placed was automatically cancelled as soon as I placed it. No explanation, checked my account, I had money. Reached out to customer service, got absolutely nothing. Not even an auto generated reply. Wont acknowledge that its happening. Complete joke, just go to Amazon; at least some one will actually reply.

The Vitamin Shoppe has what I need and always provide helpful customer service

The items I received were open. I contacted customer service, and I have now been speaking with a third party call center regarding my order. It is extremely upsetting that after paying and waiting for the order delivery, I receive two open containers. This shows very poor quality control from the company's side. They also use Amazon, so it's possible that Amazon is the one that delivered open containers, which is not surprising for the Amazon logistics that services this area. Extremely poor quality control!

I ordered products from vitamin shoppe due to the supplement facts on their webpage. After receiving the products I found that they are falsely advertising these products because they contained none of the advertised ingredients that I wanted when making the purchase. I’ve reached out multiple times via chat and email. I’ve gotten no response via email and was told I’d receive a refund within 48 hours when talking to an agent via chat. After waiting a week and contacting their chat again I was told there was no note of a refund being issued. So not only is vitamin shoppe illegally falsely advertising products they have customer service agents that will lie to you. Was a long time customer of vitamin shoppe but after this never again. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB.

I was being serviced by Vitamin Shoppe's Free online Health Coach Ms. Michels. It started out well with her recommending a plan diet that did work for my wellness needs. However, several times I had to educate Ms. Brittany Michels about herbs and alternative natural food sources to use than supplements. In one session, this health coach failed to point out an important factor in using certain herbs' side affects.

It was due to my own researching that led to me avoiding an adverse affect from this herb. My last virtual meeting I asked Ms. Michels is there any other natural source food enzymes to use for breaking down the fat and sugars than the lemon juice water she recommended.

Ms. Michels told me no there is only lemon water that can act as an enzyme in breaking down fat and sugars. Well, I did my own research and found on a holistic practitioner's website there are 20 natural food sources that act as an enzyme to break down fat and sugars. I had suffered with digestive problems with trying to use lemon water to break fats, proteins, and sugars because Ms. Michels didn't provide the correct information.

This leads me to believe in my opinion that The Vitamin Shoppe is not performing periodic checks on their virtual health coaches communication with customers. That perhaps in my opinion you can't trust these people who work for commercial health stores as being well-versed in holistic wellness.

It never fails that anything that is free service needs to be caution in adequate knowledge in specialty. I don't blame Brittany Michels for her negligent in knowledge of holistic education (in my opinion) but The Vitamin Shoppe is blame for not taking responsibility in providing her with continued education in such field of specialty. This would avoid customers from being misguided in natural wellness.

So far already worried. Ordered a product online and was supposed to get a confirmation email. No email ever arrived. Fortunately I took a screenshot. Meant for pickup. I put the order on subscription but now based on reviews, I’m regretting I did. Hopefully no huge hassles result from this. Trying to diversify and not order exclusively from Amazon, but Vitamin Shoppe sure makes it a challenge to do that.

Second time going in store. Horrible service & attitude
I tried ordering online but it would not honor the discounts I was supposed to receive ordering over $100.

I had an auto-delivery set up for an omega-3 vitamin at a specific price that was advertised when I signed up. When my next shipment processed and was shipped, the price was suddenly and significantly higher, with no notice or explanation.

I called customer service to ask about the change, but the representative was also confused and couldn’t explain why the price was different. What made it more confusing was that a future shipment scheduled for March was still showing the original price I had signed up for. I was told someone would look into it and get back to me but no one ever did.

Two weeks later, today, I called again and was told that auto-delivery does not lock in a price and that prices can change at any time. That was never clearly communicated to me when I signed up. The explanation basically boiled down to: prices fluctuate, and it’s on the customer to check the price before each shipment.

Because of the lack of transparency and follow-up, I ended up canceling my auto-delivery. Just a heads-up to anyone considering this service --be careful, because the cost may increase without warning and it's on you to check.

The manager at the vitamin Shoppe at Perimeter in Atlanta, Georgia has decided that she will not allow any customer to scan in her store for Shopkick. Shopkick is an app that the Vitamin Shoppe as well as individual companies that sell the product in the Vitamin Shoppe work with in order to bring business into the Vitamin Shoppe. I tried to explain all of this to her, but she was adamant that corporate Vitamin Shoppe had instructed her to stop all scanning in the store on Shopkick. I’ve been going to the store for many years and this is the first employee who I encountered, who wasn’t anything but helpful and professional. She has not only removed all of the Pure Encapsulations from the shelf, but went so far as to tamper with the barcodes still on the shelf so that scanning is impossible. I have reported this to Shopkick, pure encapsulations, and corporate Vitamin Shoppe. I am an integrative holistic MD who used to refer patients to the Vitamin Shoppe.

I shop at Vitamin Shoppe in Roseville, MN. Eric who works there is amazing and so informative. I have a hard time shutting down my busy brain so I can go to sleep. Eric recommended Pharma GABA for relaxation and mental focus. It has helped me so much. I am able to relax and go to sleep. When I sleep, I sleep very well. I also noticed a decrease in my pain from Osteoarthritis. I appreciate Eric's help each time I visit the Vitamin Shoppe.

Everyone does not like shipping but when shipping is automatically selected during check out and I only pickup from store, if I submit the order mistakenly, they never allow cancellation even seconds after submitting. Which is very irritating because this error has happened multiple times due to Vitamin shoppes website automatically selecting shipment. I then have to spend more money to pick up in store. This is irritating and has happened enough for me to leave a bad review because their customer service is worthless.

They had the product i needed when no one else did! Been having issues looking for my energy drink that ive been drinking for a long time, and then found that the energy drink company was no longer gonna make it and after awhile I couldn't find it locally or even on the major online retailer that everyone uses but I found the vitamin shoppe looking online and they have had it everytime I called highly recommend this company

I usually pickup items and that works well. Forget getting items shipped. My current need was not in stock for pickup, so I order it and after a week I'm still waiting.
So, I will find a better vendor.

I used to love them. However i was having a problem getting a product. Kept being told lies. Than i got a call months ago from someone in corporate. I was shocked. Unfortunately my phone never rang. She left a voice mail to call her back. I left probably 10 messages over several months. I gave up she never called back. They are loising my buisness. Customer service is very important and thats why im given them a 1. There are MANY other good places but i really liked them. What happened to you all. So sad.
