My Deadmau5 pendant arrived missing stones and the articulated ring separated into 2 pieces that couldn't have been reunited by God herself!

So then began the Odyssey of returns. 21 Emails!!

Here's the exact list of forever hoops they require even if your pieces arrived unwearable. Enjoy!

To begin the warranty request process, please provide and confirm all of the following:
1.A detailed description of what happened to your item causing the issue(s).
2.Your original order number.
3.A minimum of two (2) photos clearly showing/demonstrating the issue(s) with your item(s)
4.One photo of the item with the order number handwritten on a piece of paper next to it.
5.A short video no more than 10 seconds, clearly showing/demonstrating the issue(s) with your item(s).
6.Confirmation of your current shipping address.
Customer service cannot analyze your request without all of the above information.

We’ll review your item(s) against our warranty policies and see what we can offer you!"

I receive never ending complements on my Vitaly jewelry. It is striking, obviously quality, and unique. As a professional physician I can say that the jewelry is truly universal in its appeal.

Lieferung hat bei mir 6 Tage gedauert, wurde aber direkt am selben Tag verschickt und ist würde ich mal sagen normal, da es aus Portugal kommt.
Ich habe mir den Fusion-Choker bestellt. Die Verpackung allein war der absolute Hammer, die Kette ist wunderschön, unglaublich gut verarbeitet und schafft einfach einen einzigartigen Look.
Werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!

I had a "refer a friend" coupon denied to me because of some software red flag. Luckily Ryan from Vitaly filled me in on what happened on their end and then supplied me with a new code to fulfill my new order. He was quick, informative and completely solved my missing coupon and was ready for more! Meanwhile during all of that he contacted the ambassador program team to assist in correcting my Instagram name on file.. so I could continue getting more discounts! An excellent costumer service experience!

The necklace I got for my birthday came slightly broken - when I reached out to the team, they were quick in response (less than 48 hours) and immediately resolved my issue and sent me a new necklace. All of this happened within a weeks time! I was very impressed.

The new necklace I got was perfect and I will always love this brand and the thoughtfulness they have for their products & customers.

Although my bracelet broke, when I emailed about their lifetime warranty, the responded immediately with a short list of requirements. After I submitted photos of my broken bracelet, despite saying it may take a couple of business days, within a couple hours they responded back to me approving my request. And within a few days I received my replacement bracelet. The service was great and they live up to their lifetime warranty.

The customer service helped me out with my order, I could cancel it and order again in different sizes. It was really all perfect and all to my satisfaction. The gear from vitaly is on fire as always 🔥🔥🔥

I had a really great experience with Vitaly's warranty claims folks recently. I've owned one of their pieces - a Warp necklace - for about two years. A critical pin worked itself out of the necklace over time (I wore the necklace...a LOT) and so I contacted their customer service to ask for warranty service. For a variety of reasons they did me one better and shipped me a replacement at no charge. Everything was very prompt and they were professional and courteous. Soon I'll be back out there wearing the daylights out of their work. Thanks, Vitaly!

Warranty went extremely well, responses were quick even at times that were late. Each employee helping were patient and assisted the best they could with my situation.

I’m starting to get into jewelry and chose Vitaly because of their prices and sick designs. I had a few questions regarding product care and cleaning tips. Received a response from the customer service team within minutes and got sent some helpful information. Customer service team is great and very helpful. Never received better customer service.

Let me start off by saying that I ’ve been a Vitaly customer for years… and love the style and quality of their products. I’ve bought and wore their Kunai - Matte Black chain religiously and I’m given compliments daily ever since. It goes with casual and even dressed up (how I use it) it’s considered my show piece.
The reason offer my review is to let everyone know how amazing the support staff has been over the years. I’ve had to get a necklace replaced once in 5+ years for reasons that had nothing to do with quality but more my own fault and support helped me out!!!
