Price dropped by over 54euro just 2 days after my first purchase(total order was 180euro . I sent a polite email asking for a price adjustment and was completely ignored. A disappointing first impression means I won't be a returning customer.

I’ve had so many questions, changes of address, or exchanges, and they always make it happen with ease, speed, and kindness! I appreciate them so much; they’re truly the best in customer service.

I’ve been an Vitaly customer for years now and they make it easy to stay loyal. Their designs are gorgeous, durable, and high quality. I also love their sustainability and that they don’t gender their jewelry. Just ordered a piece and was accidentally charged for shipping when it should have been free. I wrote their customer service team and the issue was resolved within an hour, truly excellent customer service as always

I've bought a couple pieces form this brand over the years and let me just say- they are my favorite. Whenever I've had to contact customer service they reply super fast and are very efficient and thorough. The product quality is amazing and I always get so many compliments on my pieces. Highly highly recommend!

La garantía es una tomadura de pelo.
Un artículo usado una vez presenta una parte doblada que resulta incómodo para el uso,debido a un defecto de fabricación o mala calidad,porque no es normal este tipo de inconvenientes en las piezas,pues me dicen que no lo cubre la garantía,ni siquiera me ofrecen posibilidad de reparación y menos sustitución o un reembolso.
Muy decepcionado porque no existe tal garantía, inesperada valoración,no voy a comprar más nada después de años haciendo pedidos,no quiero invertir en piezas que tenga que tirar a la basura,para una vez que he reclamado,un 1%.
Si tienes un problema con alguna pieza es posible que no respondan y dinero tirado,mejor invertir en otras marcas que al menos ofrezcan posibilidad de reparación de la pieza.
Así mismo las piezas en color dorado se rayan increíblemente por sólo un uso,creo que está perdiendo calidad.

Bought few pieces from Vitaly and Im very satisfied with my purchase. Items are as described and shown on website. Had to use customer service over an issue and they were really fast and helpful in resolving the problem quickly.

My daughter found this fabulous website and I purchased a necklace and ear cuff for her leaving school gift
Blown away by the speed at which they reached us in the UK (from Canada) unfortunately the ear cuff was uncomfortable and so had to return. The process couldn’t have been easier

I love this brand, I was lucky enough to find out about them when a stylist on a photoshoot of mind had me wear a bunch of their rings. I’ve bought a bunch of their stuff and one of the rings. A ring I recently bought was coming apart when I wore it and they do hold true to their warranty policy because they replaced it for me and it was a very easy process. Hands-down, my very favorite jewelry company. I’m so happy to support.

Products are great quality. When my strain bracelet broke in a freak accident they sent me a gift card for the full balance and were extremely helpful. Responded within minutes when I had an issue with my replacement order and had the whole ordeal sorted out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I purchased from them online. The payment was approved, the money came out of my account, but they decided it was "suspicious" and therefore would refund my money and not send the goods. Of course, the money has not yet arrived back to me, several months later...clearly scammers!

Nothing but positive things to say about VITALY as a company and staff are very pleasant to speak with. I purchased a necklace which managed to suddenly break after a few uses and I was utterly devastated about it as I truly cherished it and it had become my favourite everyday necklace and still will be when my replacement arrives. They were extremely helpful and quick to sort out a replacement order for me which I should hopefully get soon. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, really swift, quick, reliable service from an outstanding company. I plan to purchase a variety of new statement pieces from them over the coming months for presents now and of course for myself! Brilliant company with no flaws that I have seen.
