Poor communication and refusal to process a timely cancellation
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at Vita Grace. I placed an order on Jan 14th and requested a cancellation on Jan 16th—well before the item was dispatched—as it would not arrive in time for a trip on Jan 22nd.
Despite chasing them every single day since then, I have been met with total silence after one initial "we are checking with the warehouse" email. It is now Jan 20th, and my request is still being ignored. It is much simpler for a company to cancel a processing order than to force a customer through a return and refund cycle, yet they are making this unnecessarily difficult.
Avoid this brand if you expect timely communication or reliable customer support. I am now forced to involve my bank to stop the charge. Unacceptable.

They won't accept returns even within the time period allowed. It takes weeks for anything to arrive. The customer service is terrible. Don't go near that shop. The items are over priced and nothing like photos.

There is no communication with customer service, and emails are not being answered. The service is extremely poor. I requested to cancel my dress order after payment, and I have been waiting for two weeks with no response at all—no cancellation, no shipment, and no reply from the company. This experience is very disappointing, and I do not recommend purchasing from this website.

Having read Trustpilot on this beautiful brand, I can honestly say that I have nothing but good feedback, I saw the post from Gemma Owen. I thought ohhh "I am going to give them a try" as there clothes area just so darn pretty. This is now my second order in the space of two month. Granted delivery was a little slow but the quality and elegance I feel when wearing the Anna Floral and now my Vail Cardigan sees me with many a kind comment from my mum friends. I feel the sizing is great for my body type. I reached out to customer services and the reply was lovely and kind. The price point to quality is just amazing for a small brand with a big presence. I really am looking forward to what they design and release this year. Love it all

Shocking customer service ordered a coat which did not say pre order as I wanted it the same week paid £10 postal this was 10th dec contacted them around 19th as I wanted it for a holiday on the 28th said it was due 29th o said cancel the order they said they can’t . Arrived while I was away and tried to return and will not accept as you have 7 days to return. They knew my situation and still weren’t will to take a return . The coat is far too big and it’s cheap faux fur like a blanket .

If there's a NEGATIVE star rating i would award it. Delivery from the company was late by 2+ weeks, and the product arrived after Xmas when I had already left for my vacation. Returned on 5 Jan, even shared my flight details with them and was unable to return the product. I tried to cancel and was told that wasn't allowed, and now stuck with a coat that I do not want. What a waste of £295 for a coat i will never wear. They could have at least offered a credit note if they are THAT money hungry. DO NOT BUY from this company at all. Terrible service and terrible shopping experience

be careful, they do not accept returns if you buy an item on sale. This is not indicated in the item page when you place your order.
They do not have a standard fit. I always wear an M but their M is way too big for me.
I wanted to make a return and try a smaller size by since I bought during the sales they wrote me that this was not possible.
This after waiting a month to get my order...

Ordered a coat, never received the item. And then they charged me twice for it 6 weeks later! No response via email. Do not order.

Cancelled my first order, received a confirmation, but two months later I am still waiting for my refund. Never reply to emails or anything in a timely manner, extremely disorganized. Will not shop from EVER AGAIN!

this website should be reported and shut down. they do not comply with legislation in connection with sales and returns. the company makes their own rules and ignores all consumer rights.

Sent my return back via a Post with a tracking number. Customer care said they never received the item and now I’m at a loss of €200. Do not buy from them ever.

Ils font des pubs sur insta mais n’assument pas leur engagement. J’ai souhaité annuler ma commande une h apres l’avoir passée pcq j’ai vu les commentaires ici, ils m’ont repondu que ce n’etait pas possible car c’etait deja en livraison, suite a cela j’ai donc demandé un numero de suivi et cette fois on me repond que ma commande est en préparation, ca fait deja plus de 2 semaines encore rien de la veste de 360eur. Fuyez.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered from this site and after 2 weeks I contacted them to ask about the delay and if I could cancel my order ( when I ordered it advised I’d receive my dress within 2-5 working days - great! In time for a wedding).
Got no response, as predicted from reviews.
Contacted the company again and was told the dress had been out of stock and was expected to be dispatched on 17th November, I responded to say I had needed it for a wedding and since it had not been dispatched I asked could my order now be cancelled.
No response, so I asked again only to be told no that the dress was being parcelled (hello like I had been told there’s was only coming back into stock on the 17th).
Inconsistent information!!!
The dress arrived a while after the wedding I ordered for, it cost me £180. I did not trust sending it back as was not willing to spend maybe £40 on postage for the dress to either be returned to sender or something. Just thought I’ll do without the £180 instead of £220.
An expensive lesson learned.
I advise you to not order!!

Wouldn't even want to give one star. What a shocking company. Won't refund my order, no stock to fulfill the order. Lucky if you get a response. Save your pennies and go for a Rixo outfit!

I wish I had checked these reviews before I purchased online. I purchased 3 items for £280 fully expecting, as normal that I could return if they didn't fit. But apparently because the items are on sale, they don't offer a refund for any reason, despite my UK legal rights that I can return for any reason within 28 days. I even tried to get a refund through my credit card but because the items weren't faulty (just didn't fit) their T&Cs didn't cover it, ie, don't cover my consumer rights. Am raging. PLEASE NO ONE EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

my order came the 15th October my neighbour took it in as i was away until 24th the coat was too big i asked for a return and was told the date for return closed 23rd October just 8 days after delivery i am now fight with then to get my money back. i also offered proof of my flights but they would not reply to my emails,

Im absolutely appalled at this company, Stephanie used to have a wonderful company trusted by many people. My order a substantial one arrived late when I was away and then I arrived home to a late order over the pathetic 7 day return policy - then you are told no refund no returns, and then they ignore you for days! DO NOT ORDER FROM this brand - their pre orders are also ridiculous.

Please avoid you can’t return . There is no proper return labels I was charged £24 and the parcel was undeliverable . I eventually received the parcel back after several weeks . Although the clothes are very nicely made they are really small fitting (hence the return) .

I can only speak from my own experience, but some of these reviews feel a bit extreme. I’ve had a really positive time with the company and received great communication on two occasions when I reached out about deliveries. The shipping is slow, I won’t lie, but the quality of the clothes is genuinely excellent. My advice would be to just not order in a rush plan ahead and buy well in advance of any events or occasions you want to wear the items for.
