SCAM. They state preorder items on the website. 2 weeks ago they took my money then I did not get any order confirmation. I thought something went wrong ordered one more time and requested a refund. They said they do no accept cancellation as this is a preorder item. So I have paid 2x and have nothing.

I have bought things from vita grace for a number of years. My most recent purchase was the laney set. I ordered it separately as the skirt was out of stock. It did take one part of the delivery to arrive.
However Jess kept me updated and I am so happy with how lovely it looks.
I haven't had to send anything back so can't comment on that.
If they can get the deliveries tighter would be my only suggestion to improve

Definitely the worst company, i don’t know how no one shuts them down! Ordered clothes 7 weeks ago and my order still hasn’t been shipped yet. Customer service doesn’t reply, and when they do its just a stupid apology for delay and nothing else…they don’t know when the clothes will be shipped and they don’t want to cancel order and return my money. I have never experienced such thing. Total scam!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! even paypal couldnt refund me, my coat came 3 times larger than the size displayed and they wont let me refund!! READ THE FINE PRINT!! all sale item can not be refunded!!!! it hidden, they don't tell you, you have to find it in the fine print

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company. Advertise as a high exclusive designer clothing company but the delivery longer than stated. Customer service appalling!! Don’t reply to emails - need to return won’t send QR code so I can return via DHL within 7 days so will be out of the return policy as going on holiday in two days. DO NOT order from them despite the luxury looking website.
Sizes not correct either - I’m a size 10 sent for Medium too tight but wouldn’t refund again we were away so didn’t get the parcel on time. Why I ordered again 18 mths late goodness knows but I did and sent for a large still too small!!!!

I asked for some kind of compensation (discount code or refund the shipping) and their response was “no, the shipping fee is paid to DHL”. Still not confirmation of shipping. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order for £508 and have received no emails nor have I been advised the items have been shipped. I’ve sent over 5 emails and received no response. I’ve initiated a charge back and reported them to the equivalent of Trading Standards in Dubai. I will do all I can to get my money back and shut this company down. Although I suspect they’re already in financial difficulties.

After ordering some outfits for the baptism of my baby and asking in advance the delivery frame , they delivered almost one month later than what they told me would be , plus as i wasnt at home due to the late delivery they didnt make the exception to let me return one of the orders.

I have nothing positive to say about this clothing company.Tertible customer service..not delivering on time..returns extremely expensive .Will not shop here again.

Ordered a pre ordered outfit 20th February it’s now 5th May still no sign of it sent numerous emails every reply is the same it’s getting ready to be sent! I have now seen on the website the “pre ordered” items I ordered are on sale. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I would give a -1 if I could! AWFUL service took weeks to arrive! No communication! For something that was sold at a premium price I will NEVER shop here again

They don't even deserve 1 star. They are now located in Dubai but fail to state anywhere on their website the crazy expensive costs to return unwanted items to them. Not to mention its not straightforward and a total pain in the A! Went into liquidation in the UK and now based in Dubai - won't be long before they are struck off there either. Scammers. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been dealing with Vita Grace for over 2 months, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

My original order was delayed for weeks with almost no updates. Then it was suddenly cancelled and replaced with a store voucher — without my consent. I placed a new order using that voucher, only to be told later that the items are “pre-order”, even though the stated dispatch date had already passed.

Throughout the entire process, the explanations kept changing: delays, then “dispatch”, then “on hold”, then “pre-order”. At no point was there clear or consistent information, tracking details, or accountability.

Customer support is slow and provides vague, template-like responses that don’t actually resolve anything.

To make things worse, I kept receiving promotional emails offering discounts on the same items I had already paid for while still waiting for my order.

I genuinely regret not reading the reviews about this company beforehand — it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Overall, this experience feels highly disorganized and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over six weeks have passed since I placed my order and they didn’t even ship, when I contacted them for a refund they said it was too late as was already in dispatch yet it was not shipped and wasnt shipped until two weeks after I was emailing them constantly to cancel it since weeks had passed since I had ordered it. Completely ignored what I wrote in any email a horrible horrible company and I would like to report them for stealing my money.

Dealing with Vita Grace the past 4 weeks has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered an outfit on March 2nd and still have not received it (8 weeks later). I continually asked for my order to be canceled and they would not accommodate it and pretended like it was fulfillments issue. I finally received an email last Friday the 17th of April to say it has been sent via DHL and totally got the ultimate cherry on top to say it wont be delivered until May 1st, 2 full weeks even though on their website its states 2-5 days. no apology, no refund, and no customer service phone number to call, which now is obvious why! beautiful clothes, disgusting service.. never shop with Vita Grace!!!

Absolut scam!
I ordered a dress and quickly realised I made a mistake. I checked the policies and it says I can contact them within 24 hours to cancel the order. I wrote them an email within a few hours of my order however I only got a reply 3 days later saying that they will look into it. 7 days later no reply. I sent them an email but got only a reply within days that they checked and unfortunately they already started to process the order. 2 weeks later, the dress is still there and no updates. The customer service is absolutely bad, they do not follow their own policies and delivery timelines. The dress should have been here by now one week ago if everything was according to their web site. Avoid this seller

Ich kann nur dringend davor warnen, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen.

Ich habe meine Bestellung genau nach den Rückgabebedingungen zurückgeschickt, DHL mit Sendungsverfolgung genutzt, alles korrekt ausgefüllt und sogar rund 30 Euro für den Rückversand nach Dubai bezahlt.

Das Paket ist im Zielland angekommen und es wurde ein Zustellversuch gemacht. Dieser Zustellversuch fand aber an einem Sonntag statt, obwohl der Shop selbst später geschrieben hat, dass dort nur von Montag bis Samstag jemand da ist. Dafür kann ich nichts. Ich habe weder den Zustelltag bestimmt noch irgendeine Möglichkeit, aus Deutschland die Zustellung in Dubai zu steuern.

Trotzdem wurde ich immer wieder aufgefordert, mich selbst um den lokalen Kurier in Dubai zu kümmern. Das ist einfach absurd. Wenn ich den dortigen Trackinglink öffne, erscheint nur Error. Ich kann also faktisch gar nichts veranlassen. Trotzdem wird so getan, als wäre das mein Problem.

Ich habe alles gemacht, was ich machen konnte. Ich habe korrekt zurückgesendet, alle Nachweise geschickt, mehrfach geschrieben und trotzdem keine Rückerstattung bekommen.

Besonders dreist ist, dass selbst PayPal hier nicht geholfen hat, weil der Fall am Ende falsch eingeordnet wurde. Man steht also trotz Nachweisen und korrekter Rücksendung am Ende ohne Hilfe da.

Für mich wirkt dieser Shop absolut unprofessionell und nicht kundenorientiert. Verantwortung wird komplett auf den Kunden abgewälzt, selbst wenn der Fehler ganz offensichtlich nicht beim Kunden liegt.

Ich würde dort nie wieder bestellen und kann wirklich nur jedem davon abraten.

I receive a dress that was way too small for its stated size. As exchanges are not offered I applied for a refund and filled in the online application through their returns portal . To complete the process I HAD to enter a tracking number which I duly did after returning it (£30) via Royal Mail. I got a conformation email saying my return had been registered but would NOT be processed if you had chosen to send via Royal Mail. NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE RETURNS PORTAL This is totally unfair and speaks of fraud . So I’ve wasted £250 . How on earth can this be legal ?
