I don’t write reviews ever but as a business owner myself I feel really sorry for this company for getting so many negative reviews because I feel it’s unfair to them.

I received the order today and the clothes are absolutely lovely and the quality is great too. The clothes were nicely packed. I was really nervous after reading all the negative reviews but I really have nothing bad to say… Yes, the waiting period is very long (2 months) but they DO have a warning on their website on EVERY product page. Don’t you people read descriptions?

I don’t have experience with their customer service or returning process so I can’t comment on that.

They ship from UAE (I thought they still ship from UK) so I will probably not be ordering again because of customs fees, but if they were shipping from EU, I’d be a regular customer.

Please avoid at all costs - Made an order on 6th April 2026 without seeing that the dress was actually a 'pre-order' (it wasn't specified anywhere as I looked at the description). I was told that I would receive it before 22nd May. The dress was delivered on 15th June. When I tried if on and it didn't fit, I went on the website for returns and the item was 'unreturnable' and that I had until 20th to return. I went on the website and realised that the dress was on the sale section (so surely, it wasn't a pre-order...) and made a complaint to get a return and a refund. They said to me that I had to organise and pay for my own return through a tracking service (i.e. DHL) and that I couldn't use Royal Mail.

Vile company, total utter scam. Bought a set 5th May. Never advertised that it was pre order. Said it would be dispatched 30th May, then 10th June, it’s the 24th June, still nothing. Ignoring emails. Such a shame a I used to purchase a few bits from this company before, I’ve just started legal proceedings, I will not let this go. Vile scummy company

I ordered with this brand several years great service however recently you place an order and even part of your item is in stock they will place it under pre order .
Which start at as several weeks then keeps extending they will no give you a refund currently been waiting over 6 weeks for an item that should have been dispatched the date is now saying July 15 th so will be over two months if that date sticks .
The customer service take a long time to reply and when they do same spout of pre ordered item is an estimate will not be ordering again !!!!

DO NOT BUY from this brand. They advertise beautiful pieces across instagram, have a great site with simple buy journey but when your order doesn’t show up you discover you ordered an item that is PRE ORDER which is not transparent at all in the customer journey or order confirmation. My blouse ordered 28 May is estimated to be dispatched on 10th July. I requested a refund twice now which is being refused. I will continue to pursue this. But DO NOT BUY.

Scam. UK website but ships from Dubai - fine but it took 8 weeks to receive the order and the quality is terrible. Nearly £200 for a set that looks like SHEIN quality.

To top it off, you have to arrange your own returns, at your own cost - minimum £15 from UK.

I even asked if I could cancel my order 3 weeks before despatch and they said no - a waste of everyones time and money.

Will never order again - should have checked reviews as they've of course turned social media comments off.

two months and I still haven't received the order ,stay away, they are thieves, they didn't refund me even the amount of 250 euros that I paid via bank for the clothes

Very disappointed with this company. I received a defective item with a hole in it and contacted customer service immediately, providing photographs as evidence. After several weeks of back-and-forth emails, they refused to offer an appropriate refund, repeatedly arguing that the item had been purchased on sale. However, this is not a case of changing my mind about a sale item; it is about receiving a damaged product. I made every effort to resolve the matter amicably and even agreed to a partial refund, but no fair solution was offered. I have therefore had to escalate the matter through my bank. I am sharing my experience so that other customers are aware of how complaints regarding defective products are handled.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I received a skort that arrived damaged with a missing button, making it unwearable from the moment it arrived. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Despite repeatedly explaining that the item was faulty, JESS from Vita Grace initially hid behind their “sale items are non-refundable” policy rather than addressing the fact that they had sent out a damaged product. After eventually asking for photos, I supplied everything requested immediately. Then they simply stopped responding.

I waited over 17 days for a reply, despite sending multiple follow-up emails, contact form submissions, and requests for an update. Weeks went by with no communication whatsoever. By the time they finally responded, the outfit was no longer needed because the event I had purchased it for had already passed.

Even after acknowledging the fault, they continued to refuse a refund and repeatedly pushed a replacement instead. When I explained that a replacement was useless after weeks of delays, they still attempted to offer a token 10% refund on a damaged item!!!!

The only reason I eventually got my £100 refund was because I escalated the matter through Klarna. Had I paid directly, I have very little confidence that this would have ever been resolved.

Absolutely disgusting company and the worst customer service ever. Funny how their instagram comments have been turned off!

A damaged product, over 6 weeks of frustration, appalling customer service, and a refund only achieved through Klarna. I will never shop with this company again.

I have made a mistake of buying from this site. I placed an order on 4th May, today is 10th June and I have not received the product, nor are they able to confirm when to expect!
The companies response is, apparently the products I ordered are pre order and that is not mentioned when placing the order. I asked them to refund my money and they will because of the pre order!
I am beyond frustrated at this point. I don’t understand why these scammers exist and what can we ? I spent $500 on nothing
They don’t even respond to you and if and when they do, there is no resolution to your problem

If anyone is thinking of ordering from them. Don't. I placed an order during march. They said it will be shipped on the 10th may, then they said 25th of may. And now they don't have an answer to when they'll ship my order. They take ages to reply to an email and they keep stalling!!! I just want a refund!!! They’re very active on their social media but they definitely do not address their customers complaints! Everyone is complaining either on tiktok or instagram but they do not address their customers!! I will take legal actions if i do not get my items or a refund

Would now order from them ever again! Terrible experience… they had my item on pre-order without informing me. I asked for a refund and they refused even though the item hasn’t been made or shipped.

There returns policy is a disgrace what company this day and age you can’t return because it’s on sale .. not to mention the goods takes bloody ages to get to you

After waiting more than 3 months for my clothes, sending them numerous emails (with getting barely any response) i finally received the long awaited order..and guess what, by no surprise they look and feel very cheap and poorly made. Since I’ve experienced the most terrible customer service from Vita Grace I decided (for my own good) to not bother with return and just donate the clothes…Guys, for the price you pay don’t bother ordering from them, IT’S A TOTAL SCAM. There are millions of websites with pretty and quality clothes for this price or even less. I wish i was smart enough to read through online reviews before placing an order, so this is your sign if you are thinking about ordering from Vita Grace - DONT DO IT!!

Terrible experience, this website is a scam. I ordered on 12th of March for my wedding weekend in May, they did not ship my products and after numerous emails requesting a refund as the event had passed, they said this was not possible. It is now the end of May and I haven’t heard anything.

Terrible customer service and website. They claim to be high end design but deliver times are not as stated on their website, I have ordered a set over 20 weeks ago which was supposed to be delivered beginning of April and still to this date has not been delivered. Customer service do t respond to emails, I have sent over 10 emails with no response. I have asked for refund of my order can’t be delivered but unfortunately no response. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM.

I placed my order with Vita Grace over a month ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. At this point, God knows if it ever will be. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for an update, but nobody responds. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I had a terrible experience with Vita Grace. i placed an order and I wanted to simply return it bcs it doesn’t fit well. Their customer service is terrible they never respond to emails and to instagram msgs. i had to chase them for 3 weeks to receive a reply saying that it was a discounted item and that it is non refundable. Its such a SCAM. Those guys just want to have ur money and they dont even care if u will return back.. bcs u will never will. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

If anyone is struggling to receive a response from this company please file a consumer rights complaint with the Dubai Economy Tourism Consumer Rights Dept (DET) given that the company is registered in Dubai. Google DET consumer rights and file a complaint. This company needs to be stopped from taking money and not delivering. Do not order from them!! Their clothes are nice but they have the worst customer service and no guarantee of order delivery! It takes months to get a reply or refund sometimes!
