I have nothing but positive experiences with this online store. I frequently place orders here. The quality is good and they even offer products that are difficult to locate elsewhere.

As I see, the vast majority of recent recessions for this page are in a negative context, so is mine. My previous experiences with this site were positive, but now I have been waiting for my order to be shipped for more than two weeks. At first I didn't get any replies to my email, after multiple attempts I finally got a reply from them, that the order (FFOVIJDVZ) would be sent by the end of last week. Of course that didn't happen. I am a practitioner and I used to recommend this site to my patients, but after this experience I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. My advice is not to buy from this site, because it is questionable whether you will receive the order. I still haven't received my product, which was expensive probiotic, and I paid for postage 20 euros.

I have paid 27€ on shipping cost (31/5/2023) and as of today (8/6/2023) my order has not been shipped. I have written to them through email and I have not yet received a response from them. Thet do not provide a phone number to call them. They also provided a tracking number that is not valid. So I believe that they do not intend to ship the order

I have ordered a product with a 12€ courier fee since July 8, but have not received anything to date. No one answers the email or the phone!!! Are you a company that actually exists or have I been scammed? The strange thing is that when I transferred the amount, it was transferred to a personal account and not to a company name, and it was in the name of Alexandra Maroti !!!!

Good morning, I am posting here since no-one answers to my emails or phone calls and I do not know what the status of my order is. Yet I think the shipping cost I've paid is quite high (12,00 EUR, which is a bit less than 1/3 of the product price) and should ensure that we are able to retrieve some info. Like many other clients, I have been left to the mercy of the seller, not knowing whether my order will arrive at all. Scandalous!!

Nach der Bestellung LYLDLUBWB kam ein Mal dass die Produkte doch nicht lieferbar sind.
Habe dann ein Mail geschrieben dass sie mir das Geld zurücküberweisen sollen, danach kam als Antwort dass die Produkte spätestens nächste Woche versendet werden (spätestens 10.06) somit lies ich die Bestellung aufrecht.
Bis heute 22.06 habe ich jedoch leider weder Produkte noch eine Sendungsnummer erhalten. Im Bestellverlauf steht noch immer nicht auf Lager.

Today May 3rd I finally received my quite expensive probiotic, € 115,- which I ordered on April 1st. The package says 'Smidge Sensitive Probiotic Dietary Supplement Powder', but the content was an empty bottle and a sachet with liquid. I ordered another probiotic S-Boulardii, € 45,- at the same time, which I still did not receive! I tried to contact Vita-store/BMS vital several times by email, as no telephone number is available, but no answer at all! So I paid 160,- but still have nothing! But I urgently need these products for my diet program!

I am pleased!
I got my order and everything work great in the end. The delivery took quit a long time because the products was out of stock, but that is to be expected if that was the case.

As some other people wrote here, this company with an address in the Netherlands is actually based in Hungary (origin of shipper). Expect no reply to your phone calls or emails if you have a question about your order, therefore only 1 star. Mine arrived 9 days after placing my order, I think they don't have many products in stock and backorder it which pushes the end customer's delivery date further. Because of their non-existent customer service, I will not order with them again, it doesn't provide trust. In stead I'll order via my Naturopath on Welldium, their friendly customer service rocks!

Muss meine Bewertung ausbessern da durch mehrmaligen zusenden meiner Empfänger Adresse wurde trotzdem meine Ware zuerst in Prag zugestellt was mir schleierhaft ist wie das GLS an die Adresse kommt mittlerweile nach mehrmaligen Email Verkehr zwischen Verkäufer u Käufer ist heute 17.3.gott sei dank angekommen nach 5 Wochen Wartezeit also ist zuletzt gut gelaufen. 👍 .

Ordine fatto il 19 di febbraio e pagamento da loro ricevuto il 22 febbraio e ad oggi nessuna spedizione è stata effettuata ma la cosa peggiore è che non rispondono alle email, il telefono ti risponde con un bel goodbye e neanche ai messaggi sul sito!!
quello che mi preoccupa è l'urgenza dei prodotti ed anche che la cifra spesa è abbastanza consistente!

OK, so first of all, I need to say, I TOTALLY FREAKED OUT when, after having ordered Interfase Plus, I saw all the red flags one after the other - the fact that BMS Vital never answered my 2 emails, that their phone number hung up automatically, that several reviews on Trustpilot are quite worrying, the fact that their address in the Netherlands doesn't correspond to anything, and that the articles are actually shipped from Hungary... I mean, there was quite a lot to be worried about lol. In the end, however, all is well, and I incredibly quickly received the parcel with the said product, Interfase Plus.
Phew! Fantastic.
Thank you BMS Vital for the great job, I'll order from you again. But guys, please, you need to put things right if you don't want to freak your customers out in vain.
