Paid $200 for 2 jumpers
They are cheap quality and I didn’t even tried.
When I wanted to send them back they have given China address, which costed me gain $60.
No physical adress, no phone number
I have complained to NSW fair trading.
This company should not be running in AUS.
Please complain to ACCC to take action otherwise they gonna rip off everyone and make money.
I have sent the story to 9 news, they will investigate further soon.

I am giving 1 star as I can't give 0. This is a scam guys, please don't buy anything from this store. I bought 1 leather shoe few months back and still waiting for it to be delivered. And found exactly same item in Temu app on 1/4th of the price. Looks like they are selling the same product from Temu by hiking price by 5-6 times. Please don't buy anything from here.

Ordered a jumper/pullover about 2-3 weeks ago. Arrived ok but it is not what was advertised. I won’t even try it on and in all honesty I wouldn’t give it to a op shop as they would have trouble selling it. Giving this review one star is too generous.
I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Made a purchase of what I thought would be a lovely thick men’s jumper. Turned out to be a synthetic disgusting product that I wouldn’t even try to put out if it was on fire. Nothing like the description or even the photo. YUCK

Just adding my voice to the others who have bought goods in good faith only to discover poorly made items. My boots fell apart after 3 weeks.
And as a measure of This company's appauling business practices they offer a mere 15% refund.

Purchased Dress Leather Boots from store online for $109.95 - supposedly reduced from $210. Boots took 4 weeks to be delivered. Arrived in brown paper bag wrapped in bubble wrap. Boots fell apart after 28 days wear. Store refused to offer credit when emailed. When contacted the phone number on website, the person denied any knowledge of the company.

Should have read these reviews before ordering. Order arrived (from China not Australia), doesn't fit and nobody gets back to you and you have to ask for a refund/return within 48 hours of receipt.

The ACCC needs to stop this company trading in Australia.

Still haven't heard anything back regarding sending back my return for a refund.

Ordered shoes 4 weeks ago. Nothing delivered order is still in pending state and seems they are not going to ship it. The response we was we got too many orders we ship it once we can!!!????

They have no shop in Sydney, website is somewhere in Bangladesh. Clear scam, report them if you see ads in social media.

What I purchased to what I received was a joke. Thought this was an Australian company only to find it’s from China. The garment was so poorly made. After several emails of trying to get me to take a 7% then a 15% refund of purchase price to keep the garment, I was then asked to forward back (at my expense) to China for a full refund at their discretion. Yeah right! Don’t be fooled like me people, DO NOT buy from this company.

I also ordered a pair of “ real leather “ men’s boots. THEY ARE NOT LEATHER. After chasing them for delivery, we received the boots just in a plastic bag, without an invoice!
The boots turned out too narrow, and the process of trying to —- first of all exchange them, without success, than I wanted to return them and get a refund.
I was given the same run around , with offers of money , and a credit towards another purchase etc.
Just tonight I have received a document I need to fill in and return the goods to CHINA! The return address on the parcel shows REGENTS PARK.NSW. Making us think we are dealing with people living in Australia.these people are deceiving us! And having a lend of us.an$ need to be stopped. Don’t buy from them!

Ordered mens boots "Real Leather " so the advertising says, tested real fake `Enquired about returning and was offered a discount and keep the boots.
This company claims to be located at 66 Goulburn Street Sydney (actually the Masonic centre) and if goods are returned you pay the costs to China .
MY ADVICE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY

The dress they sent was of very poor quality also the wrong colour but when contacted they would not give money back only offered a discount of next purchase.
Who would order something else off them when first experience bad. Also web site stated that if you are not in love with you purchase, let us know within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll give your money back - no question asked! "ABOSULUTE LIE"

WARNING after over 8 weeks still waiting for a delivery. Constantly emailing them as to where it is and not getting satisfactory answer. Believe this company is a scam. Definately a scam.

I spent over $500 dollars, the items look nothing like the photos. It’s very clear the company is not Sydney based. It’s a scam. I wanted to return most of the items. I sent 5 emails asking how to return them. In the end I took a 25% refund price of the items to keep them (they’re rubbish), or they said it was $25 per item to return them.

Their flashy website makes you think this is a quality company that is Sydney based. It very clearly is not.

If I could give them zero stars I would.

Poor quality wrong sizing a nightmare to get $$$ back . Don't recommend

After waiting nearly 6 weeks it didn’t fit and the quality is nothing like the pictures. They advertise they are Sydney based but everything comes from China. Wanted me to pay them $25 up front to be able to return the items. Will never use them again. Now $137 out of pocket!! 🥵

Be warned it is not an Australian website! Arrived after 3 weeks... very poor quality and incorrect sizing with no actual size or care label attached. Wanted $25 to send a replacement and then for me to pay for return of item to China!
Do not trust this website.

I waited a month for delivery. When it arrived I was away. As soon as I opened the parcel I realised that :
they sent the wrong colour; the quality was very poor and the sizing was wrong. Waiting for a response from them.

This company sent the wrong size after waiting a month for it to arrive and expected me to pay for return postage be warned
