This would have to be the worst pack of scammers I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a 3 xl jacket and what arrived was marked 3xl but lucky if it made a large. Bought from Sydney Australia, return to China. Cost to return is more than the coat. Total SCAM

I ordered one pair of shoes, a pair of denim jeans and a pilot jacket. Shoes and jeans are acceptable however the jacket is rubbish, not leather as advertised and emits a strong plastic smell.

This company is such a fraud. The quality of the products it’s so poor and doesn’t look anything like in their photos or videos. And when you are not happy with the quality and want to return it… good luck… they don’t even provide you with the address where to send faulty product, and keep offering you the discounts for the future purchases. Why would I want to buy anything from these scammers

I ordered a ribbed sweater. Ribbed means “having a pattern of raised bands”. What arrived was a cheap cotton garment with the ribbing printed on. Their money back guarantee is worthless. Olivia offered a 15% discount, then a 30% refund or gift card. Why would you want a gift card when their product is crap. Do not buy from these people

Don't buy anything from this company. They are scammers.

I ordered 2 jackets with my order and tracking number. Then I have been waiting for over 1 month that my order has never arrived in my house in Sydney.
Then I contacted their customer support service email and a person name Ms Oliver replied my email in a Useless way. Her English is terrible and kept denying the delivery is successful.
They used a local courier company that sent my order to a wrong house with attached photos showing my parcel.
After multiple emails with Ms Oliver, I really have to give up and lost my money. She in fact didn't resolve the problem caused by her courier company.
Extreme frustrated. Don't buy anything from this company

Avoid this Company. Poor quality goods ,terrible customer service.
We sent the product back and it was sent back to us.
Buy at your peril.

Only re-ordered off this company to use the credit that was a painful experience regarding my previous order! So I wasn’t expecting any miracles
And no surprises the vintage dark brown leather bag as advertised is as vinyl as it comes. But it’s also ugly! They couldn’t even get the correct colour right that I ordered.
I’m only posting this to warn other's again to stay away from this company and will cut my losses. Be warned

Waterproof golf Jacket was exactly as ordered. Great quality and fit. Like most Chinese clothes I order 2 sizes bigger than l am. Took 2 weeks to deliver. Sydney store is an office not a retail outlet. Some people’s expectations of low price quality are unrealistic. I got a $55 jacket, it was slightly better than store bought ones for the same price. I’d recommend them.

Visohome are scammers, what they advertise is not what you get, when you email a complant to "support@visohome" they block you. they should be removed from the internet & charged with fraud.

Paid for a leather jacket via this company for a delivery out to South Africa..product..cheap plastic or leather arrived..what a load of rubbish.Now trying to return it..having hassles and cheap promotional nonsence.what ever you do..don't.. repeat do not deal with this company..their service is crap..their products cheap Chinese rubbish and their policies on return items stink

They sold me boots that they said were genuine leather but they were PU, not leather at all.
I contacted them to get a refund and they wouldn't do it even though they sold me a fake product.
Don't waste your time or money getting involved with these clowns.

Went to the address on website for Sydney store and the shop doesn’t exist

I ordered a dress for my granddaughters wedding. Thinking it was an Australian company as it had a Sydney address. When the dress arrived the material was very poor quality and the sizing was way off. I emailed to send it back for a refund and they tried the 15% off, then 30% or 60% gift card. I kept on and eventually got a return address and return form. It had an address in China. I emailed again saying there is nothing about China on their website and i only ordered thinking it was an Australian company. To which they replied saying i needed to send it back to China. I did this at a cost of $39.45. This was on 17th May 2024. Yesterday the parcel was returned to me because it was unclaimed and refused. I have since emailed again but havent received a reply.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered the Pilot leather jacket (R2100) and received a fake leather imitation knockoff. they are not interested in refunding as advertised.

Like everyone else, this company mis represents the products that it is marketing leaving many people spending their money on useless and worthless cheap apparel. Never have I seen such rubbish being sold online. This is enough for me to stop buying online which is disappointing. I will be actively pursuing options to bring this company to account.

I ordered a men's black zip pullover. The website said made from 100% quality cotton. What I received was a cheap imitation that looked nothing like the picture, had no brand label, is made from 100% polyester and was the wrong colour. The colour was a pale peach colour. I can find better quality tops at budget brand outlets locally. They do not respond to emails.
