Experiencia pésima. Me siento engañada por esta página intermediaria de la ETA. Se aprovechan de la falta de información clara para cobrar a los usuarios por un servicio que no explican correctamente desde el principio. Abusan de la confianza de las personas y no dejan claras las condiciones ni los costes reales. Te cobran por gastos de intermediación unos costes muy superiores a los que soportarías en el caso de hacerlo por la página del gobierno, cuando no aportan ningún tipo de servicio adicional que lo justifique.

Además, prometen responder a los correos en un plazo de ocho horas, pero esa promesa no se cumple. La falta de atención al cliente y la ausencia de respuestas rápidas demuestran una total falta de profesionalidad. Una empresa que trabaja con trámites importantes debería ser transparente, cumplir lo que anuncia y ofrecer un servicio mucho más responsable. No recomiendo esta página y aconsejo tener mucho cuidado antes de utilizarla.

Very bad service and extremely misleading pricing.

I went through what I believed was the official UK ETA application and expected to pay £20. There was no clear warning that an additional service fee would bring the total to £164.

As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately requested cancellation within 15 minutes, before receiving any confirmation that my application had been submitted.

Despite this, my request was ignored and the application was still processed. I only received a response after the ETA had already been approved, and my refund was refused.

The whole process feels misleading and not transparent, and the way the cancellation request was handled gives the impression that customers are pushed through the system regardless of their request.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a service I would recommend.

This company presents itself as a simple ETA application service, displaying a fee that appeared to be around £20, only to charge me approximately £160 without any clear justification. No transparent breakdown of costs was provided before payment, and after taking the money, they failed to send any proper receipt or invoice.

What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of customer support. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. There is no meaningful response from their customer service team, and it is extremely difficult to identify a legitimate business address or legal entity details should a customer wish to pursue a formal complaint or legal action.

The UK ETA application itself is straightforward and inexpensive through the official government website. In my opinion, this company relies on misleading pricing practices and a lack of transparency to charge excessive fees to unsuspecting travellers.

I strongly advise anyone considering their service to avoid it and use the official UK Government website directly instead. Companies operating in this manner should be investigated, as consumers deserve clear pricing, proper documentation, and responsive customer support.

Stay FAR away from this website! Double check that you are on the official UK government website when you apply for your ETA. This website looks exactly like the UK official government website. I actually just went through the official, legit ETA process a few months ago for myself and one of my daughters, so I am very familiar with the process. Last week, when I applied for an ETA for my youngest daughter, not one part of the website surprised me as it appeared exactly like the official one and even specified the same fee as the official website. Nowhere on the website did they claim they would charge $163 USD, and I was shocked to see this amount on my bank statement a few days later. Worse, these scammers have mine and my child’s data, which they will undoubtably use for further criminal activity. I never received any ETA and I wrote them twice demanding a refund, to which I received no reply. Do not be a victim of theft and fraud as my family has been. RUN from this scam immediately.

As everyone has already stated, this is a complete rip-off. The service fee is not mentioned transparently. Out of nowhere you'll get charged 140€. Don't think there is a way of getting it back once the payment is through

This site appears to look like the UK governments website but isn’t. I got zero receipt or confirmation number. I had to apply on the actual UK website and then they charged me £20+ service fee but didn’t say what the service fee was.

La mia esperienza con questo sito è stata molto deludente.

Ho richiesto un ETA per il Regno Unito e mi sono stati addebitati circa 140 €, una cifra molto superiore al costo della procedura ufficiale del governo britannico.

Dopo essermi accorto della differenza di prezzo, ho contattato il servizio clienti circa 30 minuti dopo il pagamento chiedendo la cancellazione della pratica e il rimborso completo. Ho successivamente inviato ulteriori email per confermare la mia richiesta.

Nonostante ciò, mi è stato offerto soltanto un rimborso del 50%, sostenendo che la pratica fosse “in lavorazione”. Ad oggi non mi è stata fornita alcuna prova che la domanda fosse già stata inoltrata alle autorità britanniche prima della mia richiesta di cancellazione.

Nel frattempo ho ottenuto regolarmente il mio ETA tramite il sito ufficiale del governo del Regno Unito.

Consiglio a tutti di verificare attentamente se stanno utilizzando il sito ufficiale del governo UK oppure un intermediario privato e di leggere con attenzione le condizioni di rimborso prima di effettuare qualsiasi pagamento.

Esta “empresa” si se puede llamar así, es una completa estafa, me cobraron dos veces seguidas una aún por 145 euros y la otra con el mismo importe, la primera supuestamente no me la iban a cobrar porque el pasaporte no se veía bien por lo que no la tramitaron supuestamente, como digo pero al final me cobraron 145 euros y la segunda igual, aunque lo haya cancelado directamente, no sabía que me iban a cobrar esa cantidad ya que en su página refleja 20 libras más gastos de gestión, si no me ofrecen una solución voy a proceder a hacerlo legalmente ya que es una estafa encima cobrarme dos veces cuando la primera supuestamente se había cancelado directamente por el pasaporte pero aún así solo saben cobrar y me cobraron dos veces consecutivas

Scammers as everyone says here and AmEx didn't want to refund me th amount.. there is only the official UK gvmt application which is legit. NO WEBSITE !!

Luckily, my bank blocked the payment, which should have been €20, and they tried to charge me €144 (yes, I know, one hundred and forty-four). Bastards.

They mention 20 pound + service cost; they got your passport and your pic and card details and magic happens; 144 euros without any password request from my bank; without mentioning total charges on the website. What also interesting is; official app of UK for ETA apply doesnt work! Its really big scam website and look a like official uk website which is located in usa according to website. Please stay away; hope it can be shutdown soon.

The company operates illegally by taking advantage of people in a rush by not disclosing at any point during the application how much service fees are (around €120!). Raised it with my bank and hopefully will get this resolved and going to report them to EU/Irish consumer authorities.
