The website and application worked well, but at the end charges an excessive high amount (US$ 163,89 / EUR146,61) for their service which is absolutely ridiculous and not needed. You should go to the official government site. Luckily they processed the application and made me receive the approval within an hour. Unfortunately they do not refund me since they have performed the service.

Be really careful. They are scammers. I can't believe the website and the app are still online. The total amount of the service is not disclose before the payment is done. Don't issue an ETA permit through any of these agencies.

Whole website looks like the UK government website. Even the logo. And at the end it says 20 pound no other number or fee to be seen. But then on your bank statement they charged 100 dollars service fee?!

Site trompeur. Logo et page d’accueil très semblable au site officiel de l’UK et frais réels cachés et peu visibles. Résultat : plus de 140€ payes pour une autorisation de voyager en Angleterre/Ecosse qui coûte plus ou moins 20€ !!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I made a payment of €144 believing that I was using the official UK government website for my ETA application. The website presentation and the way the service was offered made it appear as though it was an official government service.

Only after completing the payment did I realize that this was a private third-party company charging an additional service fee. I immediately requested a refund, but my request was refused, even though the reason for my purchase was based on a lack of clear information about the nature of the service.

I believe customers should be clearly informed, before payment, that this is not the official government website and that extra fees are being charged for an intermediary service.

I would not recommend this company due to the lack of transparency and the poor handling of my refund request.

State alla larga! Il sito è una truffa non è il sito ufficiale del governo. Solo a pagamento ultimato ti scalano un importo pari a 99£ per costi di servizio inesistenti.

Big crazy scam! They stole 145 euros from me, along with my passport and my photograph! These scammers should be tracked and criminally punished.

Wirklich das Allerletzte!!!! Betrug! Es werden über 100 Euro für ein UK Visa sofort per Kreditkarte eingezogen, aber kein Visa kommt. Das Originalvisa kostet nur 23 Euro direkt über das UK Government. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen kommt nichts. Die Bagage sitzt irgendo in den USA oder Canada und zockt ab. Werde noch eine Anzeige bei der Polizei machen

I purchased a UK ETA through visauketa.com. The pricing was unclear: I expected to pay approximately £20 but was charged €144.26 on 11 July at 13:34.

At 13:46, only 12 minutes later, I requested cancellation and a refund by email. According to the company’s policy, a refund is available if the application has not yet been submitted to the UK Government. I received no response.

I then applied through the official UK Government website and received approval at 13:59, within approximately 10 minutes. At 22:01, I received a second ETA obtained through visauketa.com, despite my earlier cancellation and refund request.

On 12 July, after 20:00, my refund request was rejected.

I reported the case and submitted a formal claim through the relevant Consumer Protection Agency website and the Revolut platform. Following these actions, I received a full refund of €144.26.

The complaint concerned unclear pricing, failure to comply with the stated refund policy, and the apparent disregard of my timely cancellation request.

Vorsicht !!! Diese Website sieht genauso aus wie die offizielle ETA Website und wird in der Google Suche auch noch mit als Erste vorgeschlagen. Anstatt 24 EUR werden 145 EUR berechnet. Zum Glück hat meine Bank direkt reagiert und die Zahlung blockiert. Die Seite sieht leider täuschend echt aus und wenn man noch kein ETA Verfahren durchlaufen hat, fällt man sehr schnell darauf rein. Auch wenn kein finanzieller Schaden entstanden ist, haben die jetzt meine sensiblen Daten erhalten, das ist schon Schaden genug. Also Vorsicht !!! Vor dieser Website.

Incroyable que de tels sites existent encore sans être fermés.

Son unos estafadores, su logo es muy parecido al oficial y en ningún momento te informan claramente de las tasas de más que te cobran por gestionar el ETA.
Una vez que haces el proceso te llevan a lo de la tarjeta y no te ponen la cantidad que te van a cobrar. Una vez pones la tarjeta ni siquiera el banco te pide las claves, de cobra directamente. Te sale siete veces más caro que desde la página oficial.

Solicité 2 documentos de 6 que tenia que hacer, a simple viste parece la pag oficial, la sorpresa es cuando ves en tu banco retenido cerca de 150€ por cada documento! sobre la marcha les mandé un mail para cancelar y reembolsar.... fui al banco pero al estar retenido nada que hacer.... les he enviado varios mail los cuales van a saco roto porque nadie te dice nada, lo de +gastos de gestion (99L) no se ven a simple vista ni el total a pagar cuando vas a introducir los datos de tu tarjeta, lo tienen bien montado..... ahora tocará denunciar etc y a saber si va a algun lado

Let goed op als je bij dit bedrijf een UK ETA aanvraagt. Ik dacht dat ik de officiële aanvraag deed, maar bleek via een commerciële tussenpersoon te hebben geboekt. Mijn ETA werd wel geregeld, maar ik betaalde €144,67 in plaats van de officiële kosten. Controleer altijd of je op de officiële website van de Britse overheid zit voordat je betaalt

Fake website , present themselves like official uk.gov and overcharge you no clear, upfront disclosure of the total cost prior to payment .

Highly deceptive website. Applied for 3 visas and came to know days later when I was checking my bank statement that they over charge by £79 per visa!!
They do not disclose the pricing anywhere! this is fraud.
Please everyone report them to consumer protection
