I needed a photo done for my passport renewal. Nothing I tried worked. Then I read a review that Visafoto works, so I tried it. My initial photo didn't work. Paul patiently explained that the shirt colour I had on and my proximity to the camera were causing issues. I took another picture, sent it to him, and he manually edited it to meet my passport requirements. 5 stars.

I am blown away by the quality support that Visafoto provided me from past couple of days.
First I started using their online application but faced some problem while uploading the photo in Visa portal. I mailed Visafoto support team. Within few minutes, they replied back with different kind of option for the same photo and helped to to resolve my issue.

Extremely rude customer service for this company, specially person named Tatiana. Do not use this website, their system gave me wrong picture. I requested India Passport Seva document, 4.5x3.5 cm (630*810 pixels), and it gave me 51x51 cm, and despite providing a proof of confirmation received from their website about my ordered size, the person Tatiana claimed their system is never wrong, and was extremely rude. This website does not deserve your money. Please do not use it.

From the website it just seemed too good to be true - but the service was amazing! from my selfie it made a beautiful picture that was easy to print in an appropriate quality.

I would highly recommend this site for USA passport photo needs and I will definitely use it again.

My first photo was initially rejected, but visafoto helped and it worked

I used the service to create a photo for a US visa. When I received the photo I thought there was a quality issue. I contacted support who replied quickly, letting me know that the issue I was seeing would have been corrected during the upload process, but that the photo I was using would not be accepted due to issues with the image when it was taken.

They offered to create a new image for me free of charge from a new photo I sent them. From now on I will be using them for all my ID needs. The photo the created was great and around 40% cheaper than where I got the original photo from!

Ordered a preparation of photo for Chinese visa to attach it in online form because my photo was not accepted by the system. It also has not accepted the new photo and I contacted support of visafoto and they helped me by sending new photos. After several tries they sent a photo which was accepted. They took no additional charge. I appreciate the support for solving my case. Recommend
