Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.
I used this service to generate a visa photo for IRCC (Canada), where requirements are very strict. The photo I received was clearly not compliant: visible editing artifacts (halo around the head from background removal) and a white border issue when downloading the file.
I contacted support multiple times, provided screenshots, and explained the problem clearly. Instead of addressing the issue, they kept denying it and gave irrelevant explanations.
Even worse, they stated that a refund would only be possible if the official IRCC website rejects the photo. This is not acceptable — customers are paying for a compliant photo, not to take risks with an official application.
This kind of service should be reliable and professional given the stakes involved. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all.
I strongly advise against using this service for any official documents.

We were extremely worried about the photo we needed perfectly formatted for our Brazil EVisa. Visafoto was EASY, we basically took general photo against a blank wall and sent to Visafoto, paid 8 bucks and we got a formatted and shadows and background all fixed within minutes. I even had customer support manually tweak the one of our pictures. This manual correct was sent and received back within 15 minutes. Paul was the BEST. EASY, FAST and ACCURATE. we got our visas the first time and only 3 days time.
