Myself and my husband recently got our dream Schengen visa through Visad. The process was super good and professional. Mr. Deepak helped as through out the process starting from fixing the appointment date till the visa approval. They were always there to clear all our doubts 24/7. We are happy about the service. Thank you Visad. We did recommend Visad to our friends to get their visa too.

I had a generally positive experience with this agency and successfully received my visa. I made the payment on the same day it was requested and submitted all the required documents promptly.

However, I faced a few issues with communication. They promised 24-hour support, but responses were sometimes delayed. For example, I raised a concern on March 30th and only received a reply on April 1st.

They also delayed sending the cover letter by 2 days, which caused some inconvenience. Although they eventually provided all the required documents, I had to follow up multiple times.

On the positive side, they booked my appointment as requested. I contacted them on March 4th for a May 11th travel date, and that part was handled well.

Overall, everything worked out in the end, but improving communication and response time would make the service much better. I would also suggest sharing tracking details immediately after the appointment to improve transparency and build trust.

Even though I opted for appointment slot booking service only, they helped with all the questions I had regarding itinerary preparation.
