Reason saying unreliability of the document and the stay. . Now..... Here comes why the rating is for. I purchased the highest package which will include all the service they provide. Before submitting I checked each and every document with the team trusting them having above the expectation of experience. They were very satisfied with my documents. It could be any document. But as professionals my expectation was them to pick up anything that may go wrong. Obviously the stay was RESERVED (which is not ideal as far as I know) by them. Having a chat with them after the rejection they wanted me to send all the documents again to them to check what went wrong. And I did. Till now being nearly two weeks my messages were neglected the reason why I had to come to this platform. As a conclusion I would recommend everyone who is applying to get advice from a person who's visa got approved and if if you'd like to get the company's service clarify each and every document first and if you feel something is not right get the 80%( I think) refund before getting the visa appointment which might make more sence..

I contacted them for a schengen visa and within a few days, the appointment was confirmed. I was sent a list of document needed in general and from my side in particular. Once everything was sent to them, they compiled all the documents and sent it to me for review. On the day of the appointment, things went smoothly as I had all the required papers. Hope the review was helpful and personally, I would highly recommend them, especially to first time travellers.

Experience was very quick, streamlined and efficient. However could improve on reply times, I did have to wait some time for replies but I can imagine they must be dealing with a lot of clients. I got a 3 month multiple entry visa on my first try so very happy!

Service was good on day 1, then you pay for the service and you probably get the worst customer service I've experienced. There is no guidance,no clear update of the process. You keep chasing for an update, and then you'll get a reply that's so bad and still leaves you unsure what's going on... If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I/we got VisaD name through a video clip from social media and i thought why dont try and what i am i going to lose of it.

so journey started for Germany visa. from introduction to till end it was so easy and they we so patiently listening my question and etc... till the end .

Need to work on thier replying time frame. Need to push a bit to get things done quickly. But once on track they are quick and results are good.
