Contacted this company today looking for more information on placing an order so I thought I would call up. The guy on the phone was mixing English with a different language and also mumbling. Once I gave the dimensions for the box I was looking for he said something and then hung up on me. I won't be ordering through this company

This company was so great to work with! They were responsive and communicative with all our wants and needs and made sure we were happy with the final product.

They were able to help me with my last minute pop up event and get everything to me in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again!

Virgin Packaging was so easy to work with. I had made several changes to my design, and they were very helpful during this phase. My design and box was exactly what I had hoped for. It was perfect!! I highly recommend them.

Customer service is 10/10, very responsive and always polite. I ordered custom pizza boxes for a big event and then some custom fry cups. They were able to accomdate the exact design I needed with the box/cup having special shape, details (frills) etc. Jeff was the one who has helped me and he is an MVP. Happy to find reliable vendor!

This company is a scam. They promised an order by a certain date and then I noticed my shipping date was like a week after promised so I cancelled the order. "James Scott" promised that I would get a full refund and that was a month ago now and nothing has been refunded. "James Scott" never returns my emails and then when I call into the number they say that they will let James know to call me back and never does. Scam company and highly recommend to not use.

We were looking for popcorn boxes to be printed and a quick turnaround. Virgin Packaging was able to deliver on both. They sent us a very easy-to-use dieline, were able to answer all and any questions we had, and printed and shipped in a matter of days. We will definitely use them again for other company jobs! Highly Recommend!

Customer service was excellent. Jamal was very informative on when our reverse tuck end boxes would be processed and shipped. Any time we needed to reach out to him, he responded quickly and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

A downside is that since they are shipped from overseas, the packaging they arrive in is pretty beat up. The once square, corrugated boxes arrived soggy and misshapen. Thankfully this didn’t do too much damage to the tuck boxes inside, though there was some damage. Several of our tuck box flaps were ripped/torn off. We are also going to request that if possible next time when we order from them if they could perhaps bundle our tuck end boxes into smaller bundles (for example, 400 tuck boxes were stuffed into one plastic bundle causing them to shift around in their shipper box. If maybe in a bundle of 100 it would be tighter and cause less shifting?)

Overall, we are pleased with our experience and quick turn around. They have never gotten our order wrong and we are always pleased with the results of the print! Everyone is super friendly and they make sure everything is correct prior to processing the order.

Confusing Customer Service

I went on the site to ask a few questions about their Postage Boxes. Me and John(A employee I assume) were having a decent conversation about the item. I saw that they only had 10 reviews on this site and asked John(He said that they had been in the printing business for 7 years) I wanted to do some more research about their company but when I looked online I only found this site with their reviews.

Once I asked for pictures of the product I found one that was on another printing site. Then the last question I asked John was why I could order 5 boxes when he said the minimum was 100.

Right after that he kicked me out the chat. He also asked for my name and email address(I regret giving it to him so I changed my password) and wanted my phone number too. So all I'm saying is just to be careful on this site! I have no idea if it's legit or not.

So my solution to you if you need custom packaging:
1. Find another site
2. Buy a Bulk of Boxes on Amazon, Buy stickers(of your logo) and items to make your boxes more customized
3. Try out Virgin Packaging

I don't recommend the third option because I've been talking to John for about 20-30 minutes only to get kicked out of the chat. This was a massive waste of my time but I apologize if the company actually is legit and John was just having a bad day.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service. They've stopped talking to me now. I've tried their sales email, and others and they're not sorting my problem.

The boxes I ordered are very good quality. The rep, Max, helped make the ordering process so easy. Once I ordered the boxes, it was less than a week for delivery. I am very happy or ordered from Virgin Packaging

We have printed multiple projects with Virgin packaging with great results and pricing.Max our contact has been absolutely wonderful in helping with design and set up and promised delivery each and every time.

Max was incredibly patient and helpful in all aspects of this project. I'm always nervous placing these orders because you have to make sure everything is right. Max answered All and Every single question I asked.

Max stayed in communication and followed up with detailed changes to my design needs. Final product was exactly what was agreed to and delivery was prompt. I would use them again without hesitation

I was in need of a relatively quick turnaround and Shawn was incredibly quick and responsive to get our order placed and printed. The final product looked great and I will order from here in the future.

Max customer service is great and the turnaround time is awesome! Great company overall.
