Anna Rose is a Gem to Virgin Packaging!! From the moment that we connected she was attentive to my needs and inquires and providing in depth and pertinent details to me. After she had me to finalize the specifications of the soap boxes and I agreed that everything looks great….and before submitting the invoice she noticed a few errors and resubmitted the final specifications. She also kept me in the loop of the DHS delivery and made sure that I received my package. Anna is thorough and email after email, she captured my vision for what I wanted. I am extremely pleased and will be doing business really soon!

First time I ordered from them they were great, excellent communication and they really worked with me on the design. When the boxes arrived, they were really nice and just what I expected. So I placed another order with the them for the same exact thing. When the boxes came in they were thinner & flimsier than they should have been. I messaged them and they sent replacements that were the same quality as my previous order.
