WHERE DO WE BEGIN!!?!

Nelson was amazing from start to finish. You can hire a group of singing waiters but you don't need to, all you need is Nelson! He gets there early and puts a proper shift in all day - slots in perfectly and it's hilarious seeing him working away sneakily all day, waiting for his moment lol. He is the perfect upper for once everyone has eaten and drunk wine, to get everyone up and lively for the dance floor. Gets everyone up on their feet singing, doing the conga, waving those napkins - just amazing and money WELL SPENT! Have 0 negatives to say about Nelson - he was made to do it. Would like to get married again to have him there!!

We hired Nelson for a surprise for our guests! And wow thank god we did as he really set the bar and started the party! We had such fun! The choices of music was phenomenal.
Nelson goes above and beyond to even stay up and announce the first dance which makes it that bit personal. Very friendly, chatty great guy. Perfect for if you want a fun wedding! Thank you Nelson!!

So Nelson & Dave surprised our guests with an incredible performance of singing and sax playing after our wedding breakfast meal. They got everyone standing and singing, even doing a conga around the whole venue! I cannot recommend them enough, they definitely got the party started even including the evening guests that were arriving! It was just unbelievable and it’s an experience I will never ever forget. LOVE YOU GUYS XXXXXX

I honestly don’t have the words to describe the energy Nelson brought to our wedding. I booked him as a surprise, and I was the only person in the room who knew — my god, was he worth it.

We got married on New Year’s Eve, and even a month later people are still talking about him. When he “fell” in front of the top table, my new husband had his head in his hands and was genuinely ready to go home. My sister, who’s a paramedic, couldn’t get him up off the floor — it was absolute chaos in the best possible way.

Doing the conga on New Year’s Eve with all our favourite people was unforgettable. Every single person was on their feet — even my 87-year-old grandad! At one point, we were dancing on chairs waving napkins and tambourines over our heass. A true highlight.

We have a very loud group of friends who can be… a lot — and Nelson held the room unbelievably well. Honestly, if there is one thing you should do for your wedding, it’s book Nelson. No hesitation, no regrets, just pure energy and memories you’ll never forget.

From the very start, communication was great with Nelson — super clear, friendly and reliable from first contact right through to the big day. On the day itself, Nelson blended in seamlessly with the venue staff, serving canapés and drinks without anyone suspecting a thing.

Then came the surprise… Everyone was completely fooled at first, with guests rushing to help him after he fell, and when the music kicked in, everyone loved it. It got the party started early, with incredible dancing, energy, and engagement from Nelson — so many guests said how much fun it was!

It became a highlight of our wedding day that guests talked about all night and the following morning.

What can we say..... there are not enough words to describe how amazing Nelson was on our big day! He blended in like a chameleon as the ceremony and wedding breakfast took place and then BAM! He entered the room with a crash, bang, wallop and got THE ParTy started! From the first song to the last he had the whole room on their feet, singing away! The conga went around the room, napkins were flown and the groom crowd surfed! What more could you want to get the evening going?

My mum and I (the bride) hired Nelson as a surprise for my husband and what a fantastic job he did! We suffered a power cut during our wedding and Nelson managed to perform his act at the perfect time to get everyone up dancing! Everyone absolutely loved him and he was the perfect addition for our wedding day. Couldn’t recommend Nelson more!

Nelson worked fantastically as an actual waiter throughout the day, even came to have a chat with me during a power cut at the venue, which i thought was odd as he should have been tidying up the plates after the main meal! When he fell over during the music starting up, then surprising me with the music and getting everyone dancing, was great fun and a nice surprise from my wife! Made the evening start off really well.

We had Nelson as our singing waiter at our wedding and he was absolutely fantastic! He brought so much fun and energy to the day — perfectly blending in as a waiter before surprising everyone and completely lifting the room after dinner. He had everyone up, singing and ready to party in no time.

We had Nelson from VIP Waiters at our wedding, and he was honestly one of the biggest highlights of the whole day! I booked him as a surprise for my Husband, and it could not have been more perfect. What I can say, Nelson is a funny , entertaining consummate professional . After the initial ruse he thoroughly entertained the whole party getting everyone up and joining in, would highly recommend him to get the heart rates up and bid beaming smiles , #legend

We held a charity Glitter Ball for Breast Cancer Now and Nelson came onboard to support.

None of our guests were aware that we had a singing waiter and Nelson blended in with the staff from the very beginning - serving and waiting on people like he was part of the work force.

When it came to his act, it was so convincing that one of our guests who is a First Responder came rushing over to help!

He got all the crowd (210 people!) up and dancing from the start of his act to the end!!

IWe were blown away with his performance and would absolutely recommend people to book him if you want a first class performance and added surprise for your guests!!

I manage Alfriston Gardens and the Bride and Groom chose Nelson as their surprise entertainment. It was thrilling from start to finish really elevated the post Wedding Breakfast slump - all the guests joined in. When your guests have a great time they remember your day and the venue you chose. Nelson was absolutely incredible, right from our first meeting and throughout our booking and wedding. Very attentive to detail and has the most amazing personality. Got all our family and friends worried about him falling over, then blasted out an iconic Queen song. We cannot thank him enough for making the most hilariously different memories, everyone was talking about him for ages after and how amazing it was to get us all up and dancing. 100% recommend having him at your wedding. I hired Nelson from VIP Waiters and booked his Masters & Mayhem package — and it was honestly the best decision I could have made! It was a surprise for my husband and only my sister, my nan and I knew about it! Watching everyone’s faces when Nelson started was priceless!

His hosting was second to none — he had everyone singing, dancing, and completely caught up in the fun. From napkins spinning in the air to guests belting out songs and dancing harder than Beyoncé herself, the atmosphere was incredible. The conga line even made its way outside the marquee!

Nelson brought so much energy, laughter, and pure joy to the day. If you’re looking for a host who can take your event from calm to absolute (and unforgettable) mayhem, Nelson is your guy. Truly fantastic!

I loved the fact that Nelson was at the wedding from the beginning, in character acting as a waiter , getting familiar with the guests, everyone is still talking about “ the singing waiter” and how amazing he was from start to finish. He made our day extra extra perfect, it was a suprise for my new husband and he LOVED it. I wasn’t about the sit down meal as I thought it would be a bit of a mood killer, with Nelson it was the complete opposite and got the party started when the guests finished their deserts, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED , worth every penny!!!
