Good service

I love vip phone numbers they are the best

very quick and simple
definitely recommend

Recently I would like to change number for my children but it didn't work out. The member of staff who deal with my case (Taha) had kindly solved all my problems that need with great attitude & I really appreciated his service even at the end I didn't give the company any business (at this time). I will surely look out for the new numbers from the VIP Mobile company in the near future. Keep up with great service & thank you once again

The service was amazing the staff were really helpful went to shop in London to collect from the midlands to anyone looking at using this company I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
HENCE THE 5*review

Amazing team , very helpful, the number is working great . Thank you guys 🥰

Great company. Highly recommend .

Absolutely outstanding service with an incredible range of options at unbeatable prices! The customer support is nothing short of exceptional — highly responsive, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping you find exactly what you need. If you’re looking for your very own VIP number, I wholeheartedly recommend this service. It’s simply the best in the business!

This man - Taha - he is so dedicated, so kind, knows what he is doing, so genuinely devoted to helping his clients... he is amazing, I totally recommend him, he helped me get the number I wanted, and walked me through the whole set up process, and I even called on him for follow ups, and he responded immediately... I cannot recommend him more highly!! He is the best!

I have used VIP Mobile Numbers and I would highly recommend them..!!!
The process of sorting through the vast amount of numbers to choose from was very easy and simple, and the communication I had was 10 out of 10.!!
Brilliant service 👍

I purchased a number and followed all the instructions exactly, including messaging them on WhatsApp and emailing them as instructed to get my PAC code. Over 24 hours later, I still haven’t received it—just excuse after excuse.

They gave me multiple deadlines for when things would happen and missed every single one. The customer service has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. I still don’t have the number I paid good money for, and I’m honestly starting to think this might be a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I paid for a number on 30th April. After checking tracking a few days later it said the address was unreadable and was sent back to sender. I am suspicious this was done deliberately. I have been waiting for a refund ever since. Basically they take your money hoping you won't ask for it back and offer you a different number that is nothing like you asked for. Suspicious that they do not have the numbers they advertise. My advice do not buy from them There are a number of mobile companies listed as same owners on companies house. If they sort the refund out I will re post but unlikely. Also look at all the other names shown on the reviews? Odd eh..
Update - I received the refund a long time after paying. The guy I spoke to via email was polite all along BUT I don't believe they have all the numbers listed. Basically the PAC codes probably run out of time thus making the numbers obsolete.

Very happy with my purchase! The owner is very friendly and helpful. Helped me with all requests! Highly recommend

Very professional. Very quick and helpful.
so I bought another :)
No hesitation in recommending this company for great range of mobile numbers.

Amazing customer service

I ordered a number from VIP Mobile Numbers and, although the SIM was delayed due to Royal Mail losing the parcel, their customer service was quick to respond and helpful throughout. They offered clear solutions and issued me a PAC code immediately when I requested to transfer to another network. The process was straightforward and resolved quickly. Good communication and support—would use them again.
