I am so happy with my Vipex closet system. The money I saved compared to other companies that want to charge in the thousands was amazing. With the different models they have, my choices for my layout was plentiful at a FRACTION of the cost. Customer service was also very helpful.

A connection screw was missing from one of the poles, but most significantly the smallest width measurement of the 2 expandable units purchased was larger than the 24" indicated and did not fit the closet space they were intended for and so I will need to return them. I wanted so much to like these units as I had a previous Vipek unit I was pleased with. Returning these is quite a hassle.

I love my garment racks! I needed to reorganize my closet and did not want to have to drill into the walls. I have a rather small closet (58” wide) so maximizing space was the goal. I purchased two of the R series minis. So easy to build! I messaged the company too many times for info on several models and they were very helpful. So glad I purchased these!

I finally put this together, and wow, it’s just what I wanted!! It looks daunting when you lay out all the pieces but it’s actually quite simple to assemble and it’s sturdy. I’m very happy with this purchase!

The product seems to be sturdy and the added cover very protective from dust.

Ordering was very difficult. We could not tell if the order went through. There was no confirmation at the end of our time of ordering. In fact, we didn't think it went through at all. Then, all of a sudden we received three coat racks when we only tried to order one. We were charged for all three. I tried calling your business, we just got referred to other phone numbers. So, we just gave up on you, and will probably never try ordering from your company again.

I haven't weight-tested it yet, but the rack was easy to assemble and looks very nice. Reasonably fast shipping, too.

Ordered a month ago and still did not received the product. I sent a followup email 2 weeks ago and got no answer. After that I received a Intlcom tracking number that did not work. And I receive this evaluation request before I receive the package...

Ordered the SC3. It's a very solid closet and very easy to setup. Built it together with my wife and we couldn't stop commenting on how easy it was to setup and how solid the parts felt. Definitely met expectations. It also shipped very fast. Great experience

I bought the Rolling Clothes Rack. Overall, it has been pretty handy for adding extra storage in my room. It holds a lot of clothes and moves around easily, which is a big plus. The only downside is that setup took a bit of time, but once it was assembled, it worked well enough for everyday use.
