Do not order from this Company. I ordered a wine rack which never came. I contacted them and they gave me a tracking number which did not relate to my delivery as I entered the postcode and it did not match. I contacted Klana and they gave them the tracking number which said delivered but they did not check it against the postcode so Klana took the money off me. Vintage Electrical have not even been in touch to see if they could help solve the problem and I am now £29.99 out of pocket. Don’t care about their customers.

Previously used Vintage Electrical for lighting, and more recently bought some ceiling roses to match. Quality of the items are fantastic and the customer service is fantastic. Please don't hesitate to buy.

Product was good but communication is terrible. Had a leaflet inside the parcel saying 10% off my next order but only sent me a code for £10 off. I have emailed them a few times but had no response.
