Great shade, very industrial and robust. Made from heavy gauge steel and looks really authentic. Bought several of these and together they look fantastic.

Obviously the choice of delivery has meant our goods have seemingly been stuck in customs where they remain and we have not been notified or updated. So we have paid for goods that we are not using!!!!

Fraudulent company dose not answer emails no refund and no response, reported to trading standards and the bank to investigate. I see other people have had the same experience obviously a common occurrence. Hides behind multiple addresses and no shop to visit. And then it seems to be the customer fault..

I though you'd give this response as always but you don't answer you emails do you! don't worry I have done my research. The multiple reviews on all platforms gives me and the authorities enough of a picture. Not sure that VAT register means that you're genuine and honest I will let the bank and the other agencies deal with the issue raised on each platform, and hopefully people can make their mind up about the multiple reviews of no response and no refunds ect.

I have emailed Trust Pilot direct with emails and evidence. Can't respond to your emails but can when a review is written strange that, is every review incorrect with the same issues then. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a response or review you before you actually respond. Hopefully electrics are more of a strong point for the company rather than customer service.

17th edition! 20 years are you sure? as all your sites say different could be 11 could be 18 maybe 20. So you buy them in from someone that knows what they’re doing. Shame in all those years not one was spent on how to treat your customers, start on edition one for that subject. 1000s of reviews I wouldn’t flatter yourself and I certainly wouldn’t draw attention to your other poor reviews on ever other site. Let’s be honest when it’s good it’s good you’re happy when someone has an issue you don’t want to know it shows in all the reviews and how you handle it.

Very happy with the Cawston XL brushed brass lights. Very high quality indeed. These are all the rage at the moment you see this type of shade in top restaurants on TV. If you really want to add some quality & talking point into your room these are great! Bought 2 14” for my kitchen that I’m completely renewing & I'm not spoiling this project for anything so I can’t wait to see these up when I fit them 🤩
